Would highly recommend this company
Cant compliment the company enough with the effort they put in to get both my gas and solar tank up and running again. The customer service ladies, engineers and managers were all very patient and thorough when trying to sort the issues especially with me being heavily pregnant, I felt like a priority and would definitely recomend them.

We have had 0800 insurance on our…
We have had 0800 insurance on our boiler for 11yrs now and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. I know if I need to ring for a repair I will get polite, friendly and helpful advice from the person on the phone and Chloe was no different. I explained what was happening with my boiler and she was so lovely, asking questions to reassure me, and explaining everything to me. She booked en engineer to suit my times and sent me a text to confirm. As you get older it sometimes gets harder having to deal with complications in life but Chloe was so good, putting me at ease and ensuring my problem would be solved
