I was sceptical regarding the letter I…
I was sceptical regarding the letter I received through the post.
I googled 0800 repair and called the number from their website. The team I spoke to was not aware of any government funded schemes, so I emailed them the letter across for them to look at.
This email got through to the sales team and I was called by Danielle Ward. I explained why I had sent the email as I thought this was a scam. She confirmed my full name and email address that I sent in earlier and the name of the person I spoke to.
Once this was all cleared up we got on with the booking process. Danielle was really helpful, kind and polite on the phone. Brilliant customer service.
