Very helpful and efficient service
Very helpful and efficient service. They clean and organise laundry at my holiday cottage and they manage the whole thing smoothly and without any problems.

The commitment of housekeepers in the past has appeared to be variable. We would like to have someone who is really engaged with our aims and works to provide and maintain high standards. The company has promised that our present housekeeper is one of their best following a period of poor performance, so we hope that proves to be the case as the months go on.
Not convinced that housekeepers in the past have spent the time we pay for actually attending to our apartment. The four hours we pay for is very generous for this apartment and the finished product should be hotel standard.
We feel the company could be more professional in appearance and in the service they provide, although Jean is always helpful when we contact her.

Excellent service
The team are very reliable and always willing to go the extra length. I've been using their services for some months now and they haven't disappointed. They have helped me out when I've been in a tight spot, and I would definitely recommend them!
