SIM card won't work since 1global acquire truphone

I purchased a SIM card from truphone, which was acquired by 1global. They changed systems and then my SIM card stopped working. Support has been useless in solving my issue. This is unlawful as it is a breach of the sale contract.

Gigabytes are disappearing

I'll start with the connection. I used the services through Revolut. The connection was very fast and without problems. It took maybe 2 minutes, for that 5 stars.

-2 stars for the internet. I tried the 1GB package, which was incredibly used up in 2 days of browsing Google Maps and Telegram. For remark, I also use the Vodafone package in roaming and the data usage on the phone coincides with what the operator writes, which I can't say about 1Global, where 30% flew to who knows where.

Mala, nos ha dejado tirados en Panamá.

Compré mediante Revolut ( tarjeta de débito con app) una e-sim de 20 Gigas.
Llevo ya tres días que NO va. Siempre ha ido mal: estas con wifi en los hoteles, sales y estaba un buen rato sin conexión alguna. Pasaban bastantes minutos hasta que conectaba.
Pero desde hace 3/2 días - no recuerdo con exactitud - ya NO conecta en manera alguna y me he visto obligado a comprar otra e-sim a otra compañía hasta acabar mi viaje. Es un desastre lo que ha sucedido.
Solo mencionar que no había consumido ni 7 gigas de los 20 que había comprado. No la adquire jamás.

Slow speed terrible latency

I bought 1Global troug revolut but the speeds are low and network is unreliable .
I tested with my belgian roaming on the same mobile network and that works perfecly

Excellent Partner for Companies with International Assignments – Fast Service & Clear Packages

As a company that regularly sends employees to different countries, we find 1GLOBAL extremely well suited to meet these needs. The package model is particularly helpful: all employees can draw on the appropriate bundles as required, without each person having to manage individual contractual volumes. This makes administration streamlined and transparent.

The service impresses with quick responses and solution-oriented communication. Depending on the complexity of a case, final resolution can take a little time, but our experience is that matters are handled carefully and thoroughly.

There is room for improvement regarding the quality and availability of partner networks. Even more stable coverage – especially when travelling to remote regions – would further enhance the already very positive overall impression.

Overall, we are very satisfied and recommend 1GLOBAL to companies with internationally mobile employees.

Also wirklich größter Müll war in…

Also wirklich größter Müll war in Marokko und die E-sim hat garnicht funktioniert ich habe sie aktiviert aber es hat nicht funktioniert ich musste am Flughafen nachweisen in welcher Unterkunft ich da bleibe hatte aber kein Internet um es denen zu zeigen bzw. musste ich dann meine mobilen Daten für 10 sek anmachen damit es lädt und schon habe ich bei meinem Anbieter dafür eine Rechnung in Höhe von 60€ bekommen und die E-sim hat auch nochmal 30€ gekostet und keiner wollte natürlich dann auch das Geld zurückerstatten da ich ja selber was falsch eingestellt habe obwohl ich mich vorher schon perfekt informiert habe wie es geht und das vor Ort noch 10 mal überprüft habe das es auch das richtige ist und dann die Frechheit das ich mein Geld nicht zurück bekomme ich muss sagen ich hab noch nie mit einem unternehmen eine so schlechte Erfahrung gemacht und würde auf keiner Welt und auch nicht im nächsten Leben jemanden empfehlen darüber was zu buchen

Long Term Business Customer

We have been using 1Global for a number of years now and while there have been problems during that time, they have been very responsive to fix things. They have also continued to add functionality and improvements.

There is still room for improvement and we have a list of changes that are outstanding, but it has been good value for money working with 1Global.
