Having a single interface and billing platform for SIMs in multiple countries has simplified our operations hugely especially with the growth of IoT usage.
we have been using 1Global for over 5 years and have found the support to be good

1Global in Greece work really bad one of their provider Nova data do not work at all :-( maybe one 1Global can sort things out but untill then I can not recommend them at all. I Give 2 star to be as I only tried 1Global in Greece maybe other countries it works better

Using a 10gb package via Revolut while I am in Phuket and after 1 weeks use, I cannot fault it at all. 5g where it’s available, which is most places and 4g where I can’t get the 5.

I selected the country I am going to Thailand, paid £9 and not had one issue.

Vier Tage ohne Verbindung sind nicht nur ärgerlich, sondern ein vollständiges Versagen des Serviceversprechens.

Ein Anbieter, der nicht einmal eine eSIM zuverlässig aktivieren oder Support-Tickets bestätigen kann, ist nicht vertrauenswürdig.

Ich empfehle Digital Republic und 1GLOBAL ausdrücklich nicht für internationales Roaming oder beruflich kritische Nutzung.

I purchased a travel eSIM through Digital Republic (powered by 1GLOBAL), and it never worked.
The QR activation failed, the eSIM profile remained stuck on “activating” for days, and despite submitting a support request, I received no confirmation, no response, and no assistance.

I am abroad and rely on mobile data for work.
Being without connectivity for four days is not an inconvenience — it is a complete failure of the core service.

A provider that cannot reliably activate an eSIM or even acknowledge support requests is not dependable.

I cannot recommend Digital Republic or 1GLOBAL for international roaming or any situation requiring reliable connectivity.

J’ai acheté une eSIM voyage via Digital Republic (fourni par 1GLOBAL), et elle n’a jamais fonctionné.
Le QR code n’a pas pu être activé, le profil eSIM est resté bloqué sur « activation en cours » pendant plusieurs jours, et malgré une demande au support, je n’ai reçu ni confirmation, ni réponse, ni assistance.

Je suis à l’étranger et j’ai besoin de données mobiles pour travailler.
Quatre jours sans connexion ne sont pas un simple désagrément — c’est un échec total du service.

Un fournisseur incapable d’activer une eSIM de manière fiable ou même de confirmer une demande de support n’est pas sérieux.

Je ne recommande pas Digital Republic ni 1GLOBAL pour l’itinérance internationale ou un usage professionnel nécessitant une connexion fiable.

The highest level of incompetence I have ever experienced

Amazing service, quick, clear and hospital.

Both Gianluca Argiolas and Fernada Franco are alway helpfull and ready to answer our questions and feed us with advise.

It had been recommended via Saily, to get an eSIM for USA. As we would be travelling through three states we thought it would be good. It was alright in Nashville. Travelling on the US 45 Route it cut out not long into the drive and we lost our navigation maps. We had three phones all with the same e-sim provider and all three were out for well over 90 minutes. Even when stopping in West Point, the only way we could get our maps back was to use WiFi in Wendy’s. Not happy as we really needed this. We are now on our way to New Orleans and I’m hoping we don’t get the same drop out but I’m worried now, ruining my holiday.

Ich habe für meine Marokko-Rundreise über meinen Mobilfunkprovider eine eSIM bei 1Global gebucht. Die ESim funktionierte tadellos überall, nicht nur in Großstädten, sondern auch im kleinsten Dorf und im Atlas-Hochgebirge. Ich habe auch abends in den Hotels von der ESim Gebrauch gemacht, denn in einigen Hotels der Rundreise funktionierte WLAN nicht richtig. Bei künftigen Reisen außerhalb der EU werde ich wieder eine ESim bei 1Global kaufen.

Accountmanager Fernanda Franco is walking the last mile in case of issues and/or escalation.

Tried 1Global through Revolut in Montgenegro and Serbia, and in a word......appalling. Not so much as poor connections as no connection mostly. Revolut needs to partner with multiple providers that are the best in each country, not a one stop not truely global provider clearly using cheap intermediaries.

I'm in Danang using it no problem so far. Airlo, Saily I bought and could not get them to work at all.

Do not use in Asia, it is not working correctly and instructions given are not correct (wrong apn)
You will have no customer support except a bot with poor AI that hallucinates.

I would give minus stars if possible. I purchased the Bulgaria eSim and I had zero coverage throughout the country. TERRIBLE product. Unreliable!

Easy to install, easy to use and fair pricing. Nothing to complain about using it in Switzerland.
