Tried to use this whilst offshore. Wouldn’t connect. Since I hadn’t used it I tried to cancel my plan however better roaming were insistent that they couldn’t find a payment despite it being taken from my bank, providing the date and amount taken, and the last 4 digits of my card used to take payment. They finally asked for my phones IMEI number and that’s the last straw. Your IMEI number is the number hackers need to clone your phone so I’m done. I’ll take this as a lesson learned and they can have my money. But I’ll be warning everyone against this lot from now on.

No judgement

Customer service representative kept in contact via email with instructions and tips until my issue was resolved. It took me longer because of my work schedule so I appreciate the after hours service.

10/10 stars!!!

I used BetterRoaming to set up my son’s Apple Watch and had a bit of trouble getting started, but their support was amazing. They were so patient and guided me through everything step by step until it was all working perfectly.

Really appreciated the friendly and helpful service made the whole process much less stressful. Highly recommend!!

I was very happy with the excellent…

I was very happy with the excellent customer service from your team member Astral. We were able to get to the bottom of the issue and it was a mistake I had made that prevented the plan to activate. Very happy I can now utilise the watch for my son and delay the a smartphone as a good alternative. Cheers
