I tried multiple times to get in…
I tried multiple times to get in contact via the website to use the product guarantee as the formula wasn't right for my hair. No one ever got back to me. Definitely wouldn't recommend spending the money if the company doesn't respond to costumer communication to honour their own policies.

Not my favourite...was hoping to like it more
The shampoo is quite thick and doesnt foam so much. I find I have to use a bit more than normal to get it all through my hair and it is a little slow to rinse out properly. The conditioner requires quite a lot to be used as it is not particularly good at detangling. My hair doesnt feel quite as clean as it does with other shampoos and it doesnt have the shine - it looks quite dull, so I feel the need to wash it more often and use more products to enhance shine and detangle.
I do like the colour, fragrance and packaging though. Im disappointed as I was really expecting to like the product more, but I feel that for the money, there are a lot of other products that give better results.

If you're used to using sulfate-containing shampoos you may be surprised to find when switching to non-sulfate formulas that they typically don't foam as much. Don't worry about this affecting how well it cleans though as this is independent of the foaming. One thing that may help with this is to lather the product in your hands before applying it to your hair (rather than applying the product directly to your hair before lathering).
Regarding the issues you've mentioned with your conditioner (detangling, shine, etc.), this will require further investigation. I have passed this to one of our specialised team members who will be in touch with you today to discuss things further. I have been trying to find the perfect…
I have been trying to find the perfect shampoo for my hair and ever one I tried just didn’t make my hair the way I wanted it. So a friend recommended one lab and wow what a difference my hair is. It’s softer and feels cleaner and doesn’t leave my hair feeling more oiler then it was to begin with. Won’t go anywhere else now I highly recommended one lab.

I have messaged you guys twice now. I was told that someone would get back to me and I have not heard anything back. The shampoo and conditioner I received has made my hair worse. One of the options I chose for my customisations were “oil control” and it made my hair more oily. I could usually go 2-3 days between washes but once using your product my hair needed to be washed again around 24 hours after washing. I’m so disappointed as I had high hopes for your product and I was really excited to use it. I’m upset that I have wasted $70 on a product that didn’t live up to its promise :(

The shampoo is horrible
The shampoo is horrible. Doesn't lather, isn't concentrated, and didn't leave my hair feeling clean.
The conditioner was slightly better, but not great.
Smell is nice.
Wouldn't recommend, especially for people with curly, wavy, long, or anything other than short and straight.
Disappointing experience.

The hair products I've been searching for
I've been searching for years for a salon quality shampoo with no irritants or fragrance, and have been putting up with products that have minimal irritation, but make my hair lifeless. I couldn't be happier to have found One Labs!! I chose scalp care, strengthening, volume, and with no fragrance. I have no itching or dermatitis and my hair is super shiny and has heaps of volume!
