Great shampoo and conditioner, washes my hair well and leaves a wonderful fragrance. My curls have a great bounce and my hair is super shiny after using this product.

I really tried to like the products as I spent quite a bit of money on it. On the positive side the smell was beautiful and I was complimented on the way hair my smelt. However I mainly got it as I have greasy hair and have struggled with finding a good shampoo and conditioner that stops excess oil and since using the shampoo I’ve found my hair getting greasier faster (often times within 12 hours). I was quite disappointed as my main goal was oil control and volume while my hair remains unfortunately flat and greasy.

These are actually so good! Sizing is so generous as well as my hair feeling super lush on day two when it’s normally pretty dull. Day three I normally have super dry ends and just needing a wash from oily scalp and with this shampoo and conditioner my hair didn’t feel like straw and could go another day before washing.

These custom products are genuinely better than my salon shampoo and conditioner. My hair has never been so healthy and soft

Really wanted to love this, but the shampoo is ok, but not great and the conditioner definitely doesn’t detangle or leave my hair feeling smooth. My hair ends up quite greasy a lot quicker than normal and the purfume I selected is more over powering than subtle. Sadly I won’t be repurchasing.

Their shampoo and conditioner is by far the best ones i've ever used! Thoroughly cleans my hair and leaves it shiny and smelling so good!

I’ve been loving my custom shampoo and conditioner so far, I’ve always struggled buying and trying commercial brands for myself and have never found one that a truely like, so this stuff is perfect!

actually saved my hair. my hair was dry, frizzy, bleached/heat damaged and in less then 3 weeks i can actually get a brush through it and it’s so so soft and amazing. i was hesitant at first because of the price but it’s worth every cent. THANK YOU ONE LABS

Absolutely amazing product! It’s hard to find a company that actually cares so much about the consumer/customer. The product is amazing, the shipping was super fast! They also fill the product to the brim which is always good! I honestly don’t have one thing to fault except how underrated one labs is!

I love the product, and shipping was fast. I would love to have the option of just ordering Shampoo separately, as the Conditioner does not run out so quickly.

My experience was amazing I loved how them were customised by to me fit my needs. I had doubts at first but once I tried it I was amazed. The products smell incredible. I would definitely recommend. I will be purchasing plenty more products from you guys ❤️😍

The product is great! I'm still getting used to the idea of using as much conditioner as shampoo and conditioning every time I wash my hair (I suffer from oily hair and have always conditioned every 2nd or 3rd wash and only used a small amount in my ends). My hair has never been as shiny as it is and my hairdresser said it was very health and clean! I'm a little sceptical about the whole having to buy them both at the same time rather than not being able to buy just one or the other.

The fragrance is nice. I chose the purple for anti brass and personally for my hair I think it’s probably not strong enough for my hair. I think next time I would bypass the purple option and pick another hair goal. It does make my hair feel soft. Although I haven’t been using it long enough to see if it really makes a difference. So far pretty happy though. Would love to see a treatment made.

Hair seems to be getting oilier & my scalp is getting itchier, but at least my curls look nice& the ends aren't dry anymore. Will use it till the itch is too bad & then move in to try the next expensive shampoo that promises it can help me. As usual
