Taissa and her collegaues always tries to help, when I am asking for support. The 1st office try to inform what is going on the next period. The staff at 1st know my question area about liquidation of companies. Their staff are kind in contacts.

We have some very simple requirements but 1office has enabled us to operate from a country where we have no physical presence. They provide very useful service and have supported me well when required. Taissia specifically keeps our monthly accounts up to date and reminds me if it looks like something is about to be missed. 1Office was the portal I used to register my company from the beginning back in 2019. I use their business address services and annual report submission preparation.
This year, Taissia helped submit the annual report efficiently. Her communication was clear, with full attention to the details!

Hidden terms in their website. Read everything and even if you open an account in their website READ. They will try to obligate the customer to be paying even if you wish to leave. Imagine you do not wish to use the service and they force you to pay "exist fee" how stupid is that? Also at least 2x overpriced compared to what I got. In total for processing literally 0 invoices they charged my 700 EURs!!!! when I compared to the current market. A bit manipulation for me to pay while they could have said that hei if you do not have invoice you do not need to pay.
