Had an issue with solar panels not heating by solar.i
Spoke to Dave at AES, he went through all checks that I could do over the phone and discovered that the issue was with the sender unit.
Changed the batteries, paired the i boost with the sender as suggested by Dave.
All now working. Thanks Dave I highly recommend this company and individual. Bob Tustain

Very effective and rapid customer service
My online purchasing experience gave me doubts when I was obliged to send in a request for quote. I thought the request would fall down the rabbit hole and I'd never get a response. I was pleasantly surprised to see the quote the very next morning. Furthermore, I received a response within minutes when making a request on the contact-us page. Very disappointed
Very disappointed. Ordered a torch online which was labelled as in stock. Sent my contractor over to collect. When he arrived the torch was not actually in stock. He was he was greeted by 2 gentleman who explained that they have to make the torches up. So the torch was not actually in stock as described on the website. When my contractor confronted them about this he was told "we have to advertise them as in stock as no one would buy them". One of the most ridiculous things I've heard. If it is not ready for immediate dispatch or collection it is NOT in stock!!! This not only caused us to delay a job it cost me money because i had a contractor waiting around for the torch to be made.

While the torch is listed as “in stock,” we also note a 1-2 Days dispatch lead time on the website, as these items are assembled to order (see link to product below). However, as you came to the trade counter to collect it we were able to manufacture it for you within 2-3 Hours. We understand this may not have been clear at the time and appreciate you letting us know.

Very very poor.
Very poor.
One of the items on my order was apparently on back order but, no follow up email to tell me this. I called over a week later and the person said they'd get back to me. Over a week later from that and i still haven't had any call, email or communication to let me know what's going on.
The least you could have done would be to ship what was in stock to me. It's now been 21 days since my order and no items have been received at all.
