Hello 1win hopes this gets to you as quick as possible I'm a Cameroonian and I just registered on 1win I deposited 1000 XAF (because min deposit is 1000xaf orabout 1.7 or 1.8 dollars) and for that first day I didn't win much. The second day I nearly lost all my money but I gambled some more and I won 33000xaf in total. Now what absolutely drives me crazy is the withdrawal of funds from this site. The network mtn I use is very quick for deposit and withdrawal max 5 minutes but this site ( yes you 1win) don't want me to withdraw the money I won. When it's time to deposit they have options for agents and in the span of seven minutes the agents Contact you and using MTN the transaction is done in about 3 minutes. Therefore it takes about 10-11 minutes to deposit your funds at 1WIN using MT 1win agents. But it's already 2 days since I've been trying to withdraw yet no agent is contacting me. They keep saying that it takes up to 48 hours but just at the brink of the 48 hours they cancel the order and you restart all over. Truly you guys have implemented a raigbait system. At first 1win wasn't like this. I registered because I used to see close people to me bet and withdraw easily and I took some time 5 months to ponder before joining this platform and now I'm utterly disappointed and frustrated. I've won for my 1st time big and instead to encourage me to deposit in hopes of winning more you all instead try to block me from withdrawing. Even after the rejection of the withdrawal I've spent 1500xaf just to gamble more and to reduce the amount of money I have to withdraw. Not a good experience at all with 1Win. I have make 2 deposits of Rs. 5000(26.08.2025) & Rs. 8000(01.09.2025)respectively via UPI. Money was already debited from my bank account but till the time amount is not credited to my 1win account. Customer care service is pathetic. Same reply everytime from their side"We are checking with our payment provider". I will recommend choose other platforms which gives you fast service.

I played a lot on this site and lost a lot in different games, but this is not the point.
I deposited 7$ a month ago, the funds got subtracted from my bank, but I didn't receive them in the playing account even now.
I contacted them right away, sent them everything they asked for (all receipts from the bank, everything) and even after that they just closed my request saying ... "For this payment, the provider reported that no funds were received." Or like "Our payment system didn't receive the money"!!!

Guys, it's only 7$ and in the end I will still lose them to you, and you cannot just add them to my playing account!!! It's totally absurd to spend a month on that shit.

What do you think will happen if you make a bigger deposit, like 100$ or even more?? You won't get them in life ((

Withdrawal request pending for more than 48 hour's. And now they are asking more 7 days to review my request. It a scam. Large amount withdrawal doesn't deposit in your account. They make excuses that withdrawal late due to technical issue. While, during deposit it doesn't take much time.

Great app and website for the first half of the time I spent with them.

Was able win some good money betting on sports, withdrawls were automatic. I took a break from betting and came back to them. Won some more money, and go to withdraw. Problem now is its been hours an no sign of any progress which I usually got from them within seconds.

Instead of being told I need "further verification" I have to put 2 and 2 together and reliaze I need to go to support first to ask before they tell me intrsutions to verify.
