This game is fraud my deposit amount is pending

Withdrawal request pending for more than 48 hour's. And now they are asking more 7 days to review my request. It is hardly a scam. Don't waste your time and money. Large amount withdrawal doesn't deposit in your account. They make excuses that withdrawal late due to technical issue. While, during deposit it doesn't take much time.

1win has given me the best gaming experience compared to other platforms. Kudos to the team for the beautiful interface as well. But, the withdrawal process do take much time and there are some principles in its withdrawal process that doesn't appreciate the betting platform users(e.g: not being able to withdraw your wins unless you bet up to the amount you deposited into the platform which you may end up losing along side your wins) compared to their competitors which still leaves room for improvements.

Overall, it's a top tier platform and a one to watch out for.

Не использовал бонусов
Не ставил одинаково с другими
Один раз вошёл со своего аккаунта с компьютера друга — после этого аккаунт заблокировали
На счету было 2901 USDT, пополнял через Binance

Поддержка не отвечает на письма уже больше 30 дней.Это похоже на блокировку без причины и удержание средств. Готовлю жалобу в Curacao и AskGamblers.

Если 1win заинтересован в решении — готов предоставить данные аккаунта официальному представителю.

Не рекомендую 1win — могут заблокировать в любой момент и не вернуть деньги.

Пускай данная компания предоставит когда было данное нарушение. В свою очередь я поясню, что действительно был случайный, единоразовый вход с другого устройства. Но это было практически сразу после регистрации, и после этого действия, блокировки не последовало, и даже небыло никакого предупреждения, и я свободно пользовался аккаунтом ещё месяц, значит на момент якобы нарушения, никаких нарушений небыло, что подтверждается моим свободным доступом к аккаунту. А затем, через месяц, когда на моем личном счете появилось больше средств, компания вдруг решила по другому трактовать свои же правила, и спустя месяц они решили трактовать это как нарушение, потому что появилась возможность украсть мои личные средства, под данным предлогом. Компания, своими действиями нарушает базовые правовые правила, в частности право ЕСТОПЕЛЬ, изменяя трактовку своих же правил во времени.
К тому же, согласно этого же правила: "Компания не рекомендует заключать пари группой Клиентов с одного IP-адреса" - нету конкретного запрета, а есть рекомендация. Но при этом, компания таки решила таки украсть мои личные средства, изменяя трактовку правил во времени, для получения своей выгоды, в виде украденых средств. Я не претендую на разблокировку аккаунта, согласно ваших правил, я требую вернуть украденные личные средства. На обращения по почте вы не реагируете, поэтому для возврата моих украденных средств я буду вынужден дополнительно обратиться в правоохранительные органы, если компания не выполнит свои же обязательства, и не вернет мне мои личные средства.

fraud platform every time shows new account for deposit. when you deposit big amount they will not credit your amount in your wallet.. customer care no positive reply, they have many websites don't waist your hard money with these scammers

Fraud website. Deposited 1000 rs at given UPI ON SITE. Money deducted but not credited to wallet. Customer service is pathetic. I have given screenshot of payment and they said i need to contact to my bank. Any logic in that answer. Illiterate customer associates. This site is fraud. Dont use it.
