Firstly, the feedback I am giving is from my own personal experience. The reason I enrolled on this course to train as a plumber is after 27 years of driving I have had enough.
I can honestly say I have had a great experience while doing the course, on the whole the modules are very informative and you will learn even if you believe you will fail. There really is no pressure in how quickly or slowly you do everything. Everytime I submitted my module for marking I had the results within 2 or 3 days. You don't have to wait for the results to start the next module in each block. The only time spent waiting is when you are waiting for the next batch of coursework. The practical side is through a company called ERR and I attended their center in Wolverhampton. You learn so much in a week, there are 3 separate weeks in which you attend the practical course or if you want you can attend weekends, but you have fun and learn hands-on how to do everything needed to pass the practical elements of the course, and also the on-line exams which are all City and Guilds re-enforce all the theory stuff you learnt at home. You get the results straight away which really gives a morale boost if you pass each exam. The practical training center are the approved exam center for the C&G exams.
Every time I have had to interact with customer service it has been a good experience and they answered all the questions I had to ask.
To all those people regret signing up saying it is a scam, the qualifications are real I have just had my certificate from City and Guilds. The one thing I would say is yes it is a big commitment £7000 but like anything you have to speculate to accumulate and for me that is becoming a qualified plumber. Just about to do my pre NVQ stuff then off to site for the practical assessments on site.
The only small niggle I found was the H&S pre-attendance test which is done through the course, nobody seemed to know what the actual passmark was. This is the only thing I see that needs to be addressed.
On a final note I have taken just 10 months to complete level 2 but everybody learns at different rates and some haven't studied since they left school which could be 20 or 30 years.

Just a side note. The one thing that has brought things to a halt is trying to find a plumber/gas engineer with 5 years experience to assess you doing the pre NVQ stuff. I asked 8 or 9 people first they were like yeah will help then literally nothing. It is a little soul destroying to say the least and when you call for any help you get "it is in your T's & C's" so basically left to try and find somebody and sort it out yourself. Personally, this pre NVQ stuff could be done in the training center, as it is as simple as changing a tap washer or tightening a loose tap.

The journey has been a great experience! When I have required help it’s always been there for me and when I attended the centre studies it was really enjoyable. Definitely recommend this to anybody thinking about it.

From the customer service to the online learing material and the training centers and everything in between 247 training have been excellent and continue to be! They really are the cream of the crop I am over the moon with them!

Be very wary of everything you are told. Remember if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
I nearly joined, but upon reading more into it quickly backed out. I have just had an email back from City and Guilds who do not recognise 24/7 training as an educator, thereby they aren't able to deliver the qualifications promised. It is a scan, don't make a costly mistake.

This training is worth the money. I met other students in the training centre last week and all of them were happy with the course as well.

I would advise to Never I repeat never use this company to fulfill your career goals. The admin team behave like debt collectors, treating you like scum. They are after your money and then leave it upon yourself to chase everything and their response timescales are appalling. If you wish to aim for a trade career, look elsewhere.

Amazing training company, they are very helpful and professional and do what it says they are going to do. i have looked around other places also and this is far the most lucrative and gives you the actual practical experience you require and their on site training centres are best equipped. i love the fact the they own their very own construction business that shall give you the experience that no other institute or college can.

i have met other people also who have qualified and in great shape thanks to this company.

how do i cancel the course i still have 13 days

i am a new student just started my electrical course , i have received my books on time my tutor team are always there to listen to me and guide me trough i can't complain !
the correction of my assignment takes 3 to 4 working days to be published on the student website and i get a notification on my phone when it's done
i have asked my tutor team if 24/7 training registered with city guilds and the answer was yes so nothing to worry about in this case !
i am having a decent experience so far and this is a genuine and honest review reflecting purely my experience with 24/7 traininguk until now .

I have had a great experience with the company from start to finish. Really helpful tutors on hand to help and the training centres are really good to get the hands on experience.

Beware of positive reviews, None are of individuals that have completed their course.

This course is a SCAM, designed to be extremely slow, you cannot study are own pace so majority of people get timed out and are facing a huge bill to finish the course.

I will be going through a small claims court to get my money back.

Don’t join these I initially joined thinking for a better future but realised what they promise is not true I’m regard with the other comments it’s just a dream you can’t teach a trade course at home now I’ve cancelled which was a smooth process however the deposit money I gave I’m unable to get it back due to the centre saying they’ve not received the course material parcel and telling me to chase it up however I’ve paid for it via a bank transfer

SCAM. Luckily I managed to get out of the course and finance option on a technicality. I should have known when Simon insisted that I shouldn't pay in full with my own money, this is to entrap you in a finance agreement with a quasi third party. Only once you are signed up do you see that the quality of the text books and videos are shocking. No additional help when requested. Big big con, I thank god that they messed up my registration essentially extending my 14 day escape period. Hoping to do a video based on this company. * Simon the salesman was also quite condescending and was more interested in arguing about covid and the NHS then telling me anything about the course. The video he sends you in the initial email is also not of 24/7 trianing. **Edit after being flagged by the company. I would be weary of 5 star reviews they seem quite vague, this has also been stated by many other reviewers. I have also been pestered by a few of their workers on Facebook... my fault I guess for using my real name on here**

I started my plumbing course last year and from being very nervous as wasn't sure if I would be able to learn this way I've now nearly completed level 2. The help and support the team give you is second to none. The in centre training instruction is fantastic and I would recommend this course to anyone who wants a proper plumbing career not just to be a labourer. Again highly recommend

Hi, I am on level 2 plumbing with 247 training. The training is really good. You do practical assesments and then you get City and Guilds qualifications. Also they offer construction sites where you can do your NVQ. The training suites me as I can work and study at the same time.
I've got no complaints so far.

I was mis-sold this training course & regardless of what is in a raft of contract for me to sign as your customer service team just carried on referring back to, not once did the "sales person / course advisor" say to me during our meeting that once you are signed up you're not able to cancel at any point (with the exception of the first 14 days it seems) and if you do you will be liable to pay the course fee in full regardless therefore now putting an 8k debt over my head, they don't want to hear about changed circumstances or that the course isn't right for you, its basically just tough!!

I had a great first practical week as a future electrician. My overall experience of the course has been excellent.

It’s been a year since starting the full electrical course with 24/7 Training uk. I have just finished my Level 2 which I have managed to do at my own pace around work and family which was important to me. The lady who enrolled me Daljit was thorough and helped me with a plan to train.

The tutors are knowledgable, I’ve learnt so many new skills and I am happy with my progress. The practicals are enjoyable and link the learning. I am so very glad that I made this decision and look forward to joining the industry as a domestic electrician whilst studying for my level 3 alongside. I recommend this company without any hesitation.

Really clear and easy training. As good as it is to go on to do the practical it is equally great to have a flexible schedule to suit my family life.don’t get me wrong it not easy but it’s made to feel easier. You must be willing to commit.

Hi, I am 247 training student studying plumbing. Already finished my first week in the training centre which was amazing. Tutors really helpful. I enjoy the online tutoring as well. I am hoping that in 2 years I would be fully qualified plumber. After that I am planning to continue with the training and do more with renewables as I think it would be the future.
