Great performance products and worth the money! The Signature Tee is my fav. I wear it constantly — gym, errands, literally everywhere. It's super lightweight, fits great, and still looks good after loads of washes.

I have been a 2XU fan for years. The quality is excellent and my compression running kit has been great. I recently needed assistance with an order and received top quality customer service. Highly recommend 😀

I'm a fairly regular purchaser as I love their gear. Recently I had occasion to return something - nothing wrong with the product - the Oversize Jogger. I loved the colour but I should have realised that, even though they were the correct size, oversize is not flattering on my very small frame (155 cm/45 kg). The return process was extremely smooth and the refund processed quickly.

Recently ordered two items from 2XU - a core compression short sleeve top and recovery flex leg sleeves. Both of these purchases are really good quality, and the leg sleeves in particular were bought to help with a knee injury and so far seemed to have helped. In terms of my experience, I have used almost every major brand over the last 15 years and would recommend. The only downside for me is the large X logo down one side on many of the range of products - looks VERY DATED and most people don't want a huge branding logo on their sports items.

Poor Quality goods.
I ordered some Compression Calf Guards and initially they appeared ok just a few stitching errors with strays of cotton hanging from the stitching it hadn’t been finished off well then after a couple of gentle hand washes the brands silver markings started to come away not a good look!
I have had items items from 2xu some years back and I was always impressed with their quality not sure what’s happened but this appears to be no longer the case it’s such a shame!
I did contact the company with regards this matter to inform them and to see what response I got and besides thanking me for letting them know there was no offer of replacement.
I thought it only right to inform other prospective buyers of the drop in quality of the items this company sells.
Hopefully they will take note to try and improve the quality of their items but in the meantime I won’t be buying anymore gear from them!

I received a compression shirt with a rip straight out of the package. I contacted customer service and already provided photos clearly showing the defect. Even so, I was then asked to submit additional photos again before they would proceed.

After that, instead of offering a straightforward replacement, I was told to return the faulty item, wait for inspection and refund, and then place a new order myself using a promo code.

For a product that arrived damaged, this is an unnecessarily cumbersome and customer-unfriendly process. A clear product defect should not create
this much hassle for the customer.

Very disappointing experience. I will not order from 2XU again.

Edit: after writing this review, they were willing to replace it without further hoops to jump through.

I’ve tried several similar products, and this one stands out. It’s more efficient, better quality and more affordable than the alternatives l’ve used. I’m very happy with my purchase.

I’ve been using 2XU products for running and training for quite a while now and have always been really impressed with the quality and performance of their gear. The compression tights in particular are some of the best I’ve tried!! Great support/ fit and they hold up really well even after many washes.

Delivery was also fast and the packaging was great. Overall a very positive experience and I’ll definitely continue buying from 2XU. Highly recommend for anyone looking for high-quality performance and compression wear!!

I am a triathlete for 20 years and bought the 2XU Light Speed React. Amazing quality compared to other high-end brands for almost half the price. Order process was seamless and with Express delivery I got my parcel within 2 days. Customer service was extremely helpful and did a great job in upselling me to their pinnacle product. Highly recommend! Thanks 2XU team.

Amazing work y’all got going on

What a pile of **** company. I don’t think anyone actual works in the Helpdesk. Appears responded to by some pile of **** bot. No one human bothers to respond to queries. Or even works here. Why is it that companies want to take your money but cannot be bothered to provide a contact number so you can talk to a human. Will never ever buy from 2XU ever again and will stick to Gorewear who you can actually talk to a human being. Useless company and useless’Customer Service’ if it can at all be described as such!!

Clothes are excellent. But returns and getting your money back is a joke. Shipped a return on 1/12/25 and don’t have my money on 29/12/25.

They quote 5-10 days to process a return. And another 5-10 days to get your money.

Amazon do it instantly you ship. These guys are amateur.

I have brought 2 pairs of 2XU Women high waisted compression tights and both pair have faulty pockets on the side come apart so you can’t use the side pockets, also both pill on the material around the waist. I paid $150 each for them. And because they were pass the warranty 1 year of purchase they wouldn’t replace or refund. So they don’t last at all. I’ve had other brands that have lasted 5-10 years. These are cheaply made and sold for expensive prices. Definitely not made to last. Unhappy with the customer service was well. Only offered me a small discount that was already on there website for everyone.
I not be buying again from 2XU.

Purchased 2XU arm sleeves and one developed a tear during the 1st gym session. Upon inspection both have lots of runs in the fabric and will unravel soon

I bought a Preopel:2 Wetsuit and after about 4 uses it started to literally come apart at the seams.
Granted I did buy it on special, but it was still $420. I've now worn it about 10 times and it failing at multiple points.
Very unhappy and will be switching back to Orca for all my future wetsuits.

Do not buy from this site... buyer beware...
I purchased 2 pairs of tights off the nz website, they come from an Australian warehouse out of melbourne. Mad delays
Im still waiting its been 20 days from the date of purchase!
And you can't deal with the post office from nz - so it has to be back and forth via email.

Purchased a visor. Came bent. Was poorly packaged. When I went to the returns page and fill in all the details I was going to loose $8.50 not worth returning when it only cost $17.

I purchased a wetsuit which I have tried to initiate a return. .appalling customer service. Basically fobbed off. Absolutely no help at all. DO NOT. purchase items online..i have tried several emails with no acknowledgement.Going to look at legal advice
