DO NOT BUY FROM HERE -I bought two wetsuits and returned them - One was wrong size and the next one just didnt fit right. This was over a month ago and i havent had any refund. They have sent a really poor email to say they are looking into it but still no refunds on £800..... When they do communicate, the comments are misleading and they are trying to scam me out of a refund. DO NOT BUY from them - They are hopeless and scammers

Returned items delivered/received by 2XU on May 30. Their website state 4-5 days processing. Nothing happens. I contacted them and after many days/delays nothing useful came from them
Today June 17th and no sign of a refund. They dont reply to emails and no means of contacting them. I hope anyone who is considering buying from 2XU would read all these reviews about their bad service. I wish I had.

Have 2 pairs of 2xu shorts and the quality is terrible, the logo and any reflective material has peeled off within the span of their first 3 months. Would not recommend buying 2xu clothing to anyone.

Took £125 of my money, did not ship the goods. Won't respond to emails.

Placed several orders 12 days ago, they haven't shipped and I've gotten no response to emails asking when they will ship.

The garments themselves are actually quite nice. The reason I would advise everyone not to shop with this company is their customer service is hideously bad. Good luck getting a refund if you need to return something anytime soon.

Was a little bit skeptical due to the reviews on here, but took a chance and ordered anyway. Delivery was fast, my order came in 2 days, quality is excellent and customer service was good. I've run several half marathons and about to run my first full marathon this year and will be wearing the T-Shirt from 2XU.

The website is embarrassingly amateurish, they need to hire competent developers to clean it up

Ordered two wetsuits from 2XU. Was provided a size guide that might have been for action men as the wetsuit ran comically small. In regards to my second wetsuit, purchased at the same time they never sent it. After a few weeks I enquired about the whereabouts and i was told they didn't have that in stock anymore and it took me to enquire about this before anything was done. Extremely poor result and won't be using 2XU again.

Terrible e-commerce, no tracking number or any type of notification that the order is being processed or dispatched, no ability to create an account makes for much frustration, leaving you with the questions, is my order actually happening, yet the money is definitely paid out. Took 12 days for my order to arrive, I guess I am lucky it actually happened. No I won’t be buying anything online from these guys moving forward, I will just go to the likes of rebel sport in future and buy it from the store. A great example of how to get it all wrong.

With this price point I expect great quality from start to finish. What I’ve experienced is useless from start to finish.
After saving up to buy a pair of these compression tights I am so upset that after two washes they are now unwearable. I basically paid £35 per hour wear these!
After two washes the drawer string has come totally out and now they literally fall down when I run, do any type of weights, they aren’t wearable.
Upon contacting customer services they said they understood my frustration but proceeded to say there was nothing they could do. I have tried for hours to try and loop it back round but to no avail - I won’t be shopping with them again.

Zero customer service, delivery company says order returned due to unreadable address 2xu say order fulfilled. No response from only contact which is email. Good products if you get them.
Update: Finally got response blaming me for an incorrect delivery address, I pointed out my full address is on my account on there website and items had previously been delivered. Customer services have disappeared again. Utter rubbish.

The worst customer service. Look on their website and try to find a contact number for customer service/support... you won't find one. Try their 'chat' option - an automated response will tell you they will get back to you, and they never do. Try emailing them - the same. The return label in the package has no return address. $60 for socks with zero customer support is terrible.

Love the product and concept, use personally and recommend professionally ( post surgery compression tights )
But … this current franchise well the customer service is awful!
Not reply to emails- I’m shooting all my correspondence to the CEO world wide just to show now poor the service is.

Product is super cheap although being over priced. Pants fell apart and started to fray almost immediately. When I tried to look into exchanging them or even getting my money back was like pulling needles out of a haystack. I got so irritated with the process and people I had to speak with I just gave up, took my loss, and will continue to let everyone know how bad the product is.

Found whole ordering process hard. Sizes small and returns complicated. Customer Service staff became rude.....I've improved my star rating as after having a bit of a moan they were better. Waiting to see what their tri suit is like.

20% off discount code for first time buyer is a scam and doesn't work

Recently purchased a X2U pair of calf compression socks. Never had problems before but the quality is disappointing. I used once and the stitching came undone and frayed.
Didn't expect it to be so difficult to return even to the point that they ask how I washed them. I didn't keep the box as I didn't plan on returning unfortunately that voids the warranty. So don't throw the box out.
So I have a crap pair of skins that I wasted alot of money on that I carnt use. I will pass on these products from now on.

I am tall but do not weight much which made finding a wetsuit very difficult. With many brands, I had a size "small" in terms of weight but a "medium" in terms of height. Medium was too roomy and because of my long torso, a narrow did fit but there was too much pressure on my shoulders because of the short length of the wetsuit.
So I had to search for a very long time for a brand that sold (affordable) wetsuits in size ST (small/tall). 2XU offered this and fits like a glove. Ideal for anyone with the same problem.

Great products for running or workouts that fit well and have a features (zip pockets etc) that are both functional and look good. I had to return three items due to ordering the incorrect size and the replacements arrived in a few days from the return. One item was out of stock and the refund was processed quickly.
