I was charged $31 to ship 100 8.5x3.5 bookmarks. I feel like the orientation of the printed product does not match what was presented in the 3D preview, and this is a repeat issue for me. I've used 4Over for more than a decade on commercial print jobs but I'm looking for a new printer. The quality level has not kept up with the price increases.

My cards are not what the proof looked…
My cards are not what the proof looked like. The fronts look great. The backs not so much. I have a black line the is supposed to bleed off the card. It doesn't. It looks like the cutter was off. My questions is, does anyone quality control these. Every single card looks bad.

I am happy with the cutting
I am happy with the cutting-5 stars: Both sides are heavy inked design, adding a lot more difficulty to cutting. 4Over ensures the front got clean cut, and the back is OK. (Used other trade printer since 4Over moved out of Canada, and their cutting was a joke)
The color wise is above average (4-4.5 stars). I will do in house if color needs to be fine tuned.
Turn around & shipping is faster than estimated (4Over is doing its best, but there always unexpected)
