This ring is stunning, but just a few days after wearing it, I had a slight issue so I pinged their live chat. The representative was incredibly sweet and helpful. They shipped me a brand-new one free of charge. The way their team handled it was top notch.

Women's mystery box, was trashy and cheap looking. Then to do return, when, one i paid a fee for returns when i ordered, two to return item costs money also. I do not recommend anyone get mystery boxes. Horrible way to do business and return process and fees is as bad as the cheap mystery box
