The warranty process has been pretty straight forward. I reached out about a piece that broke and I got all the info I needed to get the item fixed/replaced promptly under the warranty. It is one of my favourite pieces of jewelry so I am very happy the warranty exists.

You get to talk to a real person, not a bot!
I just made my order so I can’t comment on the product yet but so far customer service has been very helpful. It’s nice to be able to talk to a real person in the website help chat rather than ai bot. Raheem was professional and informative. I also really appreciated that I could leave the chat to go look at something else on the site and come back and he was still there.
