The jewelry is beautiful but took a long time
The jewelry is beautiful but it did take a very long time to receive. The first attempt was taken by customs due to a faulty postage, but the next one arrived within 18 days. The pieces are so beautiful. Probably will purchase more again.

It took a few tries to get the correct size clover necklace I ordered, but Alison was responsive and made things right in the end. Shipping times can take a while but they are transparent about that. The necklace is adorable and very reasonably priced. Buy with confidence.

Great piece and customer service
First of all, I want rave about the customer service. I had a discount code that I forgot to use but Allison told me should we refund me the difference once I got the bracelet and she did. She also kept me informed about the process of creating the piece and shipping, which I appreciated. The bracelet arrive and it’s perfect!

Lovely jewelry
I ordered several pieces of jewelry. It took about 3 weeks to arrive to the USA. One item was missing. Alison responded quickly and apologized. The packaging was fair - individual boxes looked opened likely by customs. The actual jewelry boxes didn’t appear that sturdy. However each piece was bubble wrapped and protected. The jewelry is beautiful in person. The sizing felt accurate. I think her pieces scratch the itch without a hefty price tag. I don’t plan on wearing the pieces daily nor do I plan to shower or swim with them. I definitely think they would get scratched and I wonder if the coating will wear off over time. Next to my 22 carat gold jewelry they blend well.
