I was hesitant at first to order from here, I first looked for reviews on Reddit and only saw one comment made from someone who said they ordered and liked what they got. I ordered anyway, and I'm really glad I did. I got a bracelet and earrings. From the start I received an email asking if I had any questions about my order, I explained what my wrist measurement was and that I wasn't sure if I ordered the right size since I was in the middle of two, they gave me feedback and suggested a different size than what I ordered. It took the estimated amount of time to receive the products. Both the bracelet and earrings look beautiful, I love them! Plus, now that I've ordered they frequently send me coupons that I can use for my next purchase.

Problem resolved easily, helpful customer service
Incorrect item received initially, but when customer service were notified they offered to re-send the correct one and said to keep both. I followed the instructions on the packaging to document opening with a video, though I had no problems getting my issue addressed. Communication by email was easy and thorough, but postage is rather slow. Overall experience has been good, so I would purchase from here again.

The bracelet is beautiful however the clasp mechanism is poorly designed. It's constantly falling off my wrist so much so I do not wear it anymore. I would not recommend for this reason.

I purchased 2 rings!
I purchased 2 rings, the 2.6 mm pave rose gold Love ring and the 4.4/5 mm pave rose gold Love ring. The first one, the rose gold was brassy, if looked at closely, is a dead giveaway away that it is a replica. But the second, the rose gold is soft and pink, and compared to my authentic Cartier rose gold rings is a nice match in color! I like them both and will keep them. Thank you!
