79Karat has the best customer service. There was an issue with my order, something completely out of their control. Not only did they contact me, but they offered an amazing solution. They resent out my original order again. Which is absolutely stunning & great quality. They are sending me an additional item for no charge because of the problem with my order. Don’t buy!!!
I ordered 2 items. One a bangle that when i received it it was totally misformed. Also a bracelet that i have the matching necklace for. I received it a month later and it looks like my 5 year old made the bracelet. I asked for refund and they told me i have to send both pieces back to vietnam!!!!

Lovely V Malachite Earrings
I received my V Malachite Earrings and it was beautiful and crafted nicely. The stones were lovely and fits well on my ear. Also it was safely packed and on a pretty jewelry box with a cleaning cloth that came with it. Highly recommend this store and Alison the owner. Thank you!

The bracelet is too small
The bracelet is too small. It was not a true 8.5” and as such it cannot be warn.
The quality is good, but the size is a very big deal and very disappointing.

The company’s reply was not the truth
The company just sent me another reply. It is just another example of how awful their customer services. They say that I didn’t reply that I have verification that they received three videos from me and multiple replies. It’s a scam and I really hope that anyone reading this will take this into consideration before wasting their money on purchasing any item from them .
The company’s reply was not the truth. I received a reply from the company regarding my review of their very defective and poorly made earrings. Their reply was false. They have made no effort to give me my money back, although I have sent multiple videos of the horrible workmanship. Earrings that don’t even close. This company sells very poorly made merchandise. They expected me to send the items to Vietnam and then they would give me a refund. How absurd is that?

The "gold" is a fake-yellow tone. Many details are off that do not match an authentic look on the C bracelet. Even the closure is totally wrong. Shipping takes 2-3 weeks which was unexpected.
