I am extremely unhappy with the product I have received, I ordered the Cellulite Cream, the item is advertised as a cream for the body, stating it is to be used on the buttocks, abdomen, thighs etc. however the amount of cream I have received is barely enough to cover an area such as the face!! I have only received 10ml of the product, I have raised this with the company who have stated that their bottles state 10ml on them, however this is barely legible on the advert and is not clearly stated, had I known this I would not have purchased it. The description on the back of the bottle outlines that the product should be massaged for 10-15 minutes, but there is inadequate supply within the bottle to do this. Also their video advertising the product shows a female model holding a bottle considerably larger than 10ml. After raising this with the company, they have responded saying that they will bring this to the attention of their marketing team and they apologised for the inconvenience. I am not happy with this response as the items is not as expected or as described, I feel like I have been miss sold the item and conned out of my $19.99! Bearing in mind this was meant to be sold at a 50% discount offer too, this is clearly a rip off. I have raised a dispute via PayPal.... please don’t be fooled by this company!!
Edit: although the company have responded stating I can contact them, if you read my original review, you can see that I attempted this before submitting my review to give them the opportunity to resolve my complaint. Apologising for any inconvenience caused, does not resolve the issue of adverting in a misleading way!!

This is a rip off... the tiniest bottle and plus it smells like lemon sage lotion.. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.. the advertisement clearly shows you oil in a clear bottle..it’s not that... the bottle fits in the palm of your hand literally and the liquid is lemon sage lotion... 8 pumps and it’s over...plus it took 7 weeks to get to me... do not buy from them

I bought that new toothpaste you guys started advertising. It had said only 50% off today. So I ordered it, and I gave it a discount code but it took full price for the item. I bought the cellulite creams and they are a joke! When I contacted customer care after other comments online they had responded to saying they would assist - they did not help me at all and it cost me £12 to send them back for a refund 😡 absolute waste of money.
Don’t make the same mistake I did.
Ref your reply - yes you may have issued a refund but yet I am still £12 down having to send them back! It’s an utter waste of money. Emailing your company and doing a live chat has got me nowhere!!!

Grandma Found the Best Gifts Ever

Very poor build quality
The item stopped charging after a few uses and Costco sell a better quality one for under £20.
This is just a company which makes cheep quality items and does awsome adds. They don't offer refunds and only offer 20% off.

Ago 11/14/20 I was out of town when it was delivered on 12/8 iIt was in my mailbox for five days and when I finally opened the package the two containers they were both empty. I contacted someone to let them know and she said maybe they dried up while they were in my mailbox. It took three weeks for it to get to my mailbox but it never dried up before then just when I got to my mailbox and I bought two bottles one for $19.99 and one for $14.99 GARBAGE!!!! this company is a SCAM save your money go to planet fitness for $20 a month
