A1 Airport Transfer Reviews

Driver provided clean comfortable ride for four very jetlagged adults.

Our driver Mr Naveed was on time and had to wait slightly for us to check out at the hotel. He politely called to confirm the exact pickup point 15min ahead of time and that gave us the assurance that our transport would be there when we were ready. Thank you Mr Naveed for being so helpful to help us load and unload our heavy luggage.

The driver of the vehicle was excellent. He was on time, polite and extremely helpful with our bags.

Took the service for Airport transfer for family. Our driver Saqib was right at time and was very polite. Though our baggage was delayed at airport, he was showing great patience .
Thank you.

This is an excellent service! I was picked up on time on arrival and departure, and departure pickup was at 4 am, 1 hour 20 minutes from FRA. Both drivers were professional, courteous and friendly. I felt comfortable and safe with this service. Both vehicles were clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend A1!

The guy was really nice and polite. Great rider!

Reliable driver, felt safe and cars were clean

The transfer with A1 was impeccable. Despite the delay in our flight, we did not expect them to pick us up and transport us from Frankfurt airport to Heidelberg. Without a second thought, we will choose A1 again for our next transfers

Two stops en route, one for diesel and the other for the driver to use the loo. Really? Also erratic driving well over the speedlimit and constantly opening and closing large screwcap bottle to drink from Not sure how much control he had of the car Taxi also had a bit of a hum

Very friendly and excellent service will definitely use again

We used this service in Germany and they were terrific. Our previous review which was about our London Transfer, was incorrect as it was supplied by a different company. Sorry for any miscommunication. Would highly recommend this service.

Friendly, reliable service.

We used this service for return transfers from Frankfurt Airport to Wurzburg. On the outward journey the driver had some difficulty opening the rear of the vehicle to put the luggage in. He was however most apologetic and resolved the problem. On the return journey the driver was late as he was sent to a restaurant instead of our hotel. It was difficult to communicate with him as his English was not great. We asked a German friend to speak to him but he also had difficulty with German.

Very well organized. Communication via WhatsApp worked very well. Driver was waiting for me after baggage claim, really nothing to blame at all.
Every time again !!

Easy to book and work with for a Frankfurt airport transfer! Driver was a few minutes late but communicated that and we purposely requested a slightly earlier pickup for this reason. Driver was friendly and car was very clean. Would certainly use again.

We have used A1 twice, for our transfer from Frankfurt to Baden Baden and back. Booking was very easy, communication via email and whatsapp was seamless, the car quality and the support offered by our driver were top notch, making the family trip as smooth as possible. We will definitely return for business at a later stage.

Driver was on time. Everything ok

We had an outstanding experience with A1 Airport Transfer in Frankfurt. Every driver was early for pickup, which gave us total peace of mind. Communication was flawless—each driver checked in to let us know they were on their way, so we were never left wondering. We never had to stress about making a flight or spend time wandering the airport looking for our driver. Everything was seamless, punctual, and professional from start to finish. Highly recommended!
