A1 Airport Transfer Reviews

We booked a ride from Frankfurt Airport to Wiesbaden. 5 weeks in Advance inclusive Golf luggage. All good, they keeped me informed via email and we got. the Name of the driver and the Phone number on the Transport day. Our Flight was 40 min delayed but no Problem they Managed it. Nice Vito and driver parked in Front of the arrival, so no way to Go. All in all very good and I can recommend.

Comunicación continua, no esperamos nada de tiempo, de echo nosotros llegamos antes de la hora acordada y él nos recogió en cuanto llegamos.
Todo perfecto

Polite, friendly, punctual service. I give this team an excellent rating!

Professional, honest and trustworthy!!

Everything was perfect. On time and friendly.

Booking was easy, reasonable price, although there was a delay 20 minutes because of the traffic but it didn’t disturb my trip, the pilot was cooperative and safe driving although it was raining heavily
Thank you

We used your service on our vacation in Romania and Germany. The drivers were great. This transfer in London was an extremely bad experience. Driver showed up with wrong vehicle. We were 3 adults and 3 children, driver told us another vehicle was coming. 30 minutes later, no car and emergency telephone not working. Finally got through to the first driver. Said the company went out of business. We had to Uber to get to our destination. We used you last year. Same thing in London. I WILL NEVER USE YOUR services in London. Everywhere else it was great.

Mr. S. Ullah fue un conductor excepcional: puntual, amable y profesional. El vehículo estaba limpio y el trayecto fue seguro y eficiente. Su trato cordial y su atención al detalle hicieron que la experiencia fuera excelente. ¡Altamente recomendado!

Arslan contacted us 10 min before 0500 pickup to let us know he’d be on time. Very reassuring when going to the airport with no time for problems. 5 of us arrived comfortably with zero problems. Fare was reasonable and comfortable to train with door-to-door service.

Prompt and great taxi service. I recommend

Driver was really nice, everything went out perfectly

We arrived Frankfurt in June 30 and was told to meet at b2 door but we can’t find but standing at a2 door. The driver so kind to walk to us and pick us up. Service was great and the ride is comfy for 3 of us with 6 luggage’s . On July 2, we decided to engage their service again to airport again it was amazing great experience with them. Highly recommended !

I booked a very last minute ride for a dear friend with them as a surprise - after failing to book w other companies. Arslan was brilliant, he himself drove to the airport on time and picked up my friend. Very happy with their kind, safe and wonderful service and for extending it at the last minute.

The ride was very smooth and the pick-up did work very well. We communicated the pick-up time with the driver via WhatsApp and text messages. Also the booking via e-mail exchange was very easy. I will use A1 Airport Transfer again.

Our journey from Frankfurt airport to Heidelberg was smooth and without any stress. Driver Ahmed was a gentleman. Thanks!

My family and I traveled from Frankfurt to Karlsruhe both ways. Both of our drivers were on time, communicated with us via WhatsApp,they were courteous, professional and the drove very safely.
The car and car seats were clean. Overall great experience

A1 Airport Transfer I can only recommend as the ride was pleasant, and the drivers punctual, friendly and helpful. Great communication via Whatsapp. Thumbs up!

The driver arrived on time and informed me where he was waiting. He was easy to communicate with and got me quickly and safely to my destination in a pristine car. Thank you very much!

I booked for guest and guest said driver arrived on time. Car has no smell and driver is very kind and looks professional. And he drives very safely. I recommend this company if you travel Frankfurt and Dusseldorf.
