Absolutely the best customer service! I was unsure about the sizing for my 10-year-old daughter’s beautiful velvet Abaya. I ordered a piece and was informed shortly after, before it had been shipped, that there were some manufacturing errors. After liaising very smoothly with the team, they sent the piece, and I was in awe of the quality and colour, so decided to keep it and accept the discount. This is exactly how businesses should run - transparency with their clients, and honesty. I genuinely am still in awe of their kindness, openness and honesty - you don't find that with a lot of businesses these days. The team were so friendly, quick to respond, and easygoing to make sure my needs were met. I wish and pray for nothing but the best and smoothsailing for the people behind the business, both with their business and personal affairs. The pieces are also so gorgeous! If you think they look good online, wait until you see them in person! Absolutely stunning!

Beautiful abayas that are a very reasonable price for the quality. The hand embroidered abayas are so stunning and I’ve received many compliments. The customer service is helpful and they respond quickly. I will definitely recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I bought a few rayon hijabs from them and they were pricier than any other companies that do rayon material hijabs. I went for the more pricier so I can keep them for longer as they’re supposed to be better quality. But I will never buy my hijabs from abayabuth again. The black hijab they gave is an off black. It looks so bad when worn with my black clothes it looks cheap and the colour is not black. I also ordered a tan/nude colour and a minty green colour both of which were washed with their own colour types but they caught colours from other clothes. I’ve never had this issue before and I know it states to wash alone but I didn’t expect for the colour to run off its own colours so bad. It’s expensive so it should be easy to maintain. Three hijabs I got all ruined and I expected them to have a very long life span. do no order from here thinking you’ll get better quality because it’s worse than any other rayon hijabs I’ve ever bought

Everything is just perfect

I've ordered several times from AbayaButh and have had great experiences each time! Both my husband and I have been very happy with every piece we've ordered (6 abayas, 2 slip dresses, 6 hijabs, 1 undercap, 1 men's Ihram set, 1 dishdasha). The abayas are made of beautiful fabric, the colors match the website, and the fit on all of them is modest and feminine - love! The hijabs are lightweight and breathable while still providing coverage and the colors are just as expected. My husband's Ihram set is high quality cotton and he's happy with his dishdasha as well. We're in the US and I had to reach out to Customer Service twice about exchanging sizes, and they were lovely each time! I recommend AbayaButh for their quality, super fast shipping, and great customer service :)

Alhumdulilah, its a great thing to find a variety of abayas for adults and kids for every occasion in one boutique store.
Quality is great and fitting is perfect according to description mention.

Only the thing which is concerned it is expensive for International buyers, benefit for locals.

I am usually so hesitant to try new companies that I come across online or social media due to past horrible experiences. But I was honestly soooo satisfied with the customer service with abayabuth. The fact that they even have a return policy made me feel comfortable from the beginning. Although, I didn’t end up keeping the dress I originally purchased for an event (only because of fit as I was pregnant). I kept the other pieces because the material was such good quality. Highly recommend! Oh and the packaging was such a glamorous touch.

What can I say. I had a disaster with an outfit I had made for a wedding, I was in desperate need of something. I browsed on the website and the original abaya I wanted was out of stock, I purchased another one however wasn’t 100% sure so I asked them through instagram if they had any of the original style in the warehouse. They went out of their way to find one and managed to update my order and did the exchange before anything was sent out! They provide next day delivery which I paid for due to the emergency I was in. The event was on a Saturday, I purchased on the Thursday and it came guaranteed before 1pm of Friday! Couldn’t recommend them enough! Unreal service, fast responses and they go above and beyond! Absolutely brilliant!

I recently purchased 2 beautiful Abaya’s from AbayaButh, they both turned out stunning. They were quick to respond to any enquiries, I had an issue with my second order they dealt with it immediately and I was able to wear the Farasha to a close family wedding.

I had some issues with my first order but abayabuth were so helpful to resolve it. I was so happy with the purchase and their service that I ordered again 2 days later. This time I had not selected first class delivery and they provided it to me free of charge as a good will gesture. One of the nicest businesses I have encountered.
