Beautiful abaya and lovely quality. I exchanged for size 56, and it fits perfectly. I’m 155 cm tall and the length is just right for me. Very happy with it!

Purchased some abayas for umrah. It arrived beautifully packaged in a box. The abayas are so beautiful, soft and elegant we can’t wait to wear these for umrah. I had a small issue with my order but the company turned it around so quickly. My family and friends want to order as well. Thank you Hayah Al-Muslimah.

The abayas are beautiful, and in the pictures the fabric looks thick and high-quality, but unfortunately it’s actually way too thin. When you walk, you can see everything through it, and if you have curves, they’re also very noticeable. That’s really disappointing because otherwise the abayas are very beautiful.

Absolutely appalling customer service. I’ve emailed twice leaving plenty of time between each email and have been completely ignored with no response whatsoever. Being left with an abaya I cannot wear is frustrating enough but for a company to simply ignore a customer trying to resolve an issue is unacceptable. Terrible, disappointing service and it has completely put me off ever ordering from them again.

Very disappointing experience.

I ordered an abaya from this company, but they sent me the wrong size. I contacted them regarding a size exchange and was asked to pay additional postage costs, which I did.
I returned the abaya, and the postal tracking shows that it was delivered and received by the company. Since then, I have sent several emails requesting an update, but I have received no response.

I was also disappointed by the pricing. Some items appeared to be advertised as being on sale, but the discount was only a few pounds compared with the original price, while the overall prices still seemed quite high to me.

At this point, they have received the returned item and my payment, but I have not received a replacement, refund, or any communication. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this online store due to the lack of customer service and follow-up.

The material is so perfect and it’s exactly the same what it’s in pictures .

I have ordered two abayas worth of £152 they have policy of free delivery if your order is above £100 so delivery was free for my order but when I received parcel I didn't like abayas I have returned those abayas and paid return postage myself.
I was shocked to see they deducted £4.50 from my order because I have returned parcel so now I don't qualify for free delivery.
I have never seen this thing on any other retailers in uk this is so shameful.
Definitely not recommend this site.

I underwent chemotherapy yesterday and was consequently unable to open the package the day it arrived. Upon opening it on the 20th, I discovered a significant hole in the center of the headscarf. I kindly requested that you dispatch a replacement at your earliest convenience, waiting for a reply.
 I am amenable to returning the defective item; however, I do not believe I should be responsible for the postage costs associated with a faulty product that is not a result of my actions as a customer.
I have inspected the abaya and will be sending photographic evidence to substantiate the identified defect today. There are subtle marks on the back, and the abaya exhibits a significant degree of transparency, a concern that has been raised by numerous customers. To objectively assess this, I compared it with my existing collection of abayas, noting that I have previously acquired several in various colors. I was surprised to find that the quality of this particular abaya does not align with the standards of those purchased last year. Given the total cost of just under £76, the discrepancy between the material quality and the price point is unacceptable. I am curious to understand the rationale behind this apparent compromise in material quality. I've also observed the policy regarding a 10% deduction for clothing not returned in good condition. This brings to mind a concern: what is the protocol when customers receive a Nidah material abaya with significant creasing? Removing such creases, particularly from a delicate fabric, can be quite challenging. I've noted that other prominent brands, even those manufacturing abroad, do not present this issue. Therefore, I respectfully inquire about your policy for compensating customers who receive products in such a creased state. Again, I have and will send photographic evidence and have no issue returning a faulty product and bringing to your attention. Thank you.
