False description of free shipping over £100 to USA. Such a huge scammer website. Honeytrap people by showing "Free Standard Shipping to United States on orders over £100" but charge 55 dollars for every transaction regardless of amount. when reached out to them few months ago, was told it was free a while ago and not true anymore. but I'm still seeing it after couple months. def not buying anything from this website. if you are not transparent with customers, how can you be loyal to them.

I ordered two abayas in the sale at £40 each, intending to wear them for Umrah. Unfortunately, the quality is extremely poor. Both abayas are completely see-through and very thin, making them totally unsuitable for Umrah or Hajj — or honestly even for daily wear. There is no point wearing an abaya if everything underneath is visible.

What makes this worse is that when I went to the returns centre, I was informed that sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. This was not clearly stated anywhere on the website at the time of purchase. Had this been made clear, I would never have ordered them.

I didn’t buy these abayas with the intention of returning them — I bought them to wear. Instead, I’ve now wasted over £80 on items I will never use.

If you’re planning to go for Umrah or Hajj, do not buy abayas from this company. Even for everyday use, the material is far too thin to be practical or modest.

Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company at all.

I have bought many abayas from them until once they sent me one that the sleeves were too short. The abaya was defective. I asked them to send me another one and they said all they could do was give me a discount on it and refund a bit of it back! Their customer service is awful. If you send a defective product either replace it or give a full refund!

There was clear communication about the delivery, and they kept me informed about every step of the way. I love the feel of the cloth and the look, it’s a definite recommendation to anyone

I am always impressed by the collection. There is something for all. It would be nice to see some linen material for summer or even cotton mix for the colder months. I have enough polyester abaya. This company has one of the best customer service I have experienced, very quick to respond and always polite and helpful. Their packaging is neat, I always look forward to opening my delivery from them
