When one of our founders first glimpsed three dimensional engraved crystal on his honeymoon, we were all mesmerized and immediately recognized its potential as a small business. Within months we had joined forces with other local small businesses, moved into a warehouse, and began studying the photo conversion and engraving process. Since those first days in 2014, we have grown our business, honed our craft, and fulfilled over 20,000 orders to individuals and businesses alike. I received another customer’s Christmas order
I received another customer’s order and never received mine.
The mistake caused me to be without a Christmas gift for my friend and left me scrambling last minute.
I would not recommend AB Crystal to anyone. I’ve used 3d Art Pix in the past and I should’ve used them again. Lesson learned.

Sent engraving late and was another customers, not image i ordered
You sent me an image of a complete strangers family and not the image of a dog i submitted. It is a gift and arrived late today. I have called customer service and left a message but need to speak with someone for resolution soon. I have a broken hand so contacting with all details by email instead of phone is very difficult.
