Excellent journey. The car arrived promptly, and was in touch with me on my mobile. He parked on the main road instead of coming into my road, but that is a common problem with some sat nav’s and my postcode.

Very easy booking process. Prices are reasonable. Both drivers were well presented and notification was sent in advance on who was picking up and in which vehicle. The cars were clean and comfortable. The ride was good. I will definitely be booking with Abetta again.

Reliable service
I have been using Abetta for years. The drivers are always on time - if not early -, friendly and efficient. There are now also more ways to book and pay which makes it even quicker and easier. Plus, you always get confirmations and notifications of when the driver is on their way etc. for peace of mind e.g. when catching flights.
