Great Tap. We had an issue with original installation (not them !) and contacted customer services.
Nothing was to much trouble with help and advice. They then sent their engineer out, who was brilliant.

I’ve had a small problem with the tap but the customer services team were super responsive, gave great advice and resolved my problem. I’d definitely recommend both the tap itself and the company. Amazing customer swrvice
I had a leak on my hot and cold taps. Kristian could not of been more helpful. We had received the replacement parts which did not seem to fit. I spoke to Kristian who explained exactly how the taps went together and that we may need some additonal parts. He expalined we were still underwarrently and refunded the parts. He then arranged the additional parts to be sent which arrived in a day or two and fitted correctly. I could not fault Kristians customer service and how he resolved the issue.

Once again Lindsay to the rescue
Once again Lindsay to the rescue. The aerator housing replacement came as the old one wasn't up to scratch. New came and I replaced it immediately and now my dual lever hot tap is working perfectly and is like new. I couldn't do without my tap as is it far more effective and efficient than a kettle. Thank you abode and lindsay.

Great customer service
We moved into our new home 2 months ago which had a pro boil tap fitted. One evening it started leaking water. I emailed pictures to the customer service team to ask if they had the part that needed replacing and if we could purchase from them as not listed on their website. I spoke to them on the phone the next day and they offered to send out what we needed free of charge. Very much appreciated and as someone who didn’t have a clue what I needed, they were very helpful!

I contacted Abode regarding a problem I had with a Proboil 2x installed by builders in our new house. The team were really helpful on the phone, sent written instructions on fixing the problem and called my several times to talk me through. They also sent me replacement parts and descaler free of charge. Unit is running better than ever now after following their guidelines. Top class customer service in a world where we don't see that anymore. Thank you.

I rang the company in a panic as my hot…
I rang the company in a panic as my hot boiler tap had exploded due to not being fitted properly by the councils fitters. I was immediately reassured and told what to do by the lady in the office.
They have patiently worked with me trying to get recompense from the fitters but to no avail.
To my utter amazement and joy the company offered to refund me free of charge and refit it, which they really didnt have to.
I have been totally amazed by their support and loyalty to me a customer, a long way from their office.
Thankyou soo much Abode, I really recommend you to anyone buying a boiling water tap system.

I don't usually leave reviews, but I received such good customer service from the team, I felt I had to give them a shout out. I needed a replacement plug. The initial plug I ordered online was damaged in the post. I rang the team and spoke to two separate individuals (my phone lost signal) and they were both incredibly helpful and sorted the issue without any questions or fuss. Thank you.
