Absolutely appalling customer service! AVOID

I genuinely cannot recommend Absolute Reg after the experience I’ve had with them.

To begin with, they lost my order. Rather than taking responsibility for this, I was then blamed for not phoning to confirm my order, despite there being absolutely nothing stated anywhere during the ordering process that says customers are required to do this. If this is a requirement, it should be made very clearly at the point of purchase, rather than being used to blame the customer after the order has gone missing.

Trying to get any meaningful help from customer service was an absolute nightmare. I was repeatedly given the same response, almost word-for-word, rather than anyone actually listening to what I was saying or attempting to resolve the issue. It felt like dealing with a brick wall.

Eventually, I did receive my Certificate of Entitlement, but by that point the experience had completely destroyed any confidence I had in the company.

I will never use Absolute Reg again, and based on my experience, I would strongly recommend doing your research before using them. There are plenty of companies out there, I certainly wouldn’t put myself through this again.

Make a simple call & everything else is done for you . I'm well pleased with both my plates . To me a personal plate isn't a Status Symbol like some people think , it's a bit of fun . My nickname is TROG & I now have TR06 JAG on my Jaguar & TR06 MAD on my motorcycle. Well done Absolute Reg.

Fast & efficient

First time buying a private plate, so a little bit apprehensive, but the website was very easy to use, I found the plate I was looking for and bought it,I got an instant email confirmation of the purchase, I have just received 2 emails today, (5 working days later), 1 email to say my number plates are on their way and a 2nd to say the new reg has been assigned to my car and the paperwork will follow. Overall a great service and a great experience, will definitely use them again if I ever need another private number plate.
