Excelent products, fast and reliable

Absolutely discussing service would not recommend this company keep ringing them for information about registration plate I bought keep fobbing me off day after still not received plate weeks on end !!!!!!

Prices at Absolute Reg are very competitive compared with the competition, and I also like how easy it is to find a plate that suits what you're looking for.
The full service I paid for was fast and efficient. I've had two plates from them and been very happy both times, would recommend them to anyone looking for a personal plate.

I first contacted you over a week ago regarding this issue. I purchased the registration on 5 August and it has now been nearly seven weeks, yet the registration still has not been completed.

I paid over £1,133 for this registration, and despite the amount of money involved, I have received absolutely no proactive communication or update from you. I have been the one repeatedly having to make contact to find out what is happening. It is extremely disappointing and unacceptable that you are happy to take payment but have provided virtually no customer service or communication since.

I have now requested a full refund and have also contacted my bank regarding the matter. I have received no meaningful response from you whatsoever.

I have also paid for number plates as part of the order. As a result of the unacceptable delay, I no longer require these plates, as I have decided not to proceed with using the registration on a private sale.

I have therefore formally raised this matter and requested to speak to a manager. I expect this to be escalated immediately and for someone in a managerial position to contact me directly to discuss the situation and arrange the appropriate refund.

I can provide evidence of the original purchase, although I am currently unable to upload a photograph through your system.

I would appreciate a prompt response, as nearly seven weeks without the registration or any meaningful communication is completely unacceptable.

Drip charging. A plate that was advertised at £301, eventually cost me £530.
Just be honest, and list all charges up front.
The service was good though, and the negativity is all about drip pricing. And everything had VAT added as well.

So easy and simple to do everything was completed in a week just waiting for my number plates to arrive and fit them

The selection of available plates is extensive and neatly divided across the variety of ways plates have been used historically .

I chose to use their admin services and also ordered new plates which have now arrived by post .

Compared to once having sat in a DVLA local office an hour away , for two hours , before finally having a transfer arranged shows how much better this now is
