Over a month waiting and then had to fight for a refund
When I enquired about buying a mark from Absolute Reg, I was assured of a fast service. As soon as I made the purchase that changed and I was told that they might take up to 30 working days to send me the certificate.
After lots of chasing (after the 30 days), they finally told me they were acting as a go between with a private seller who hadn't responded to them.
They then wanted 5-7 days to process the refund for the money they had of mine for the last month and a half.
There are better companies out there.
