Really good experience from the start. Discussed our requirements pre order and received very helpful advice. Once agreed installation date, the install was smooth despite them having to add on new equipment to a previous set up. Overall very happy.

Timely installation- mechanic arrived as expected and was very helpful and patient in explaining the new system. Whilst their pricing was reasonably competitive i do find the need to pay a year 1 maintenance charge surprising & disappointing given its new kit - it should be down to the installation people to cover year 1 failures .

Excellent service from the first phone call to improve my security system until the final insulation. The work was completed professionally, with no mess. It has worked perfectly since the installation. Very Pleased.

Basically fine, but I was disappointed that the original quote did not identify that we needed new smoke alarms at an additional cost of £400+

On time and the engineer worked well and neatly. One or two minor teething troubles were quickly resolved. It does what it is supposed to do.

In-depth explanation of the alarm system, a very kind and patient fitter who answered all our questions however daft! The house was left spotless after the fitting which, I think, is important! Office and survey team excellent. Highly recommend Absolute Security Systems

This company is far from outstanding and gives appalling service . We recently moved into our house with this system in place and because we changed to adt they just didnt want to know . initially I think they thought they were getting a contract . Three failed appointments where the engineer didnt show up . One the third occasion he refused to remove the bell covers which had been agreed by the company . he cited the bell covers were too high and he wasnt prepared to climb up his ladder . however this is the company that installed the bell covers in the first place . now they expect another company to remove them as they have suddenly changed their company policy . I have nothing but praise for our current company ADT . It was a bad experience for us Lesley Blackburn

This company is quite simply outstanding. They were recommended by my aunt and uncle and right from the very first visit with Sandra I was so impressed. She listened to what I did and didn't want and advised without hard selling. The office phone was also answered really quickly every time I rang by a real person who was always helpful. The communication was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Jed who arrived on the day was simply outstanding and could not do enough to help me and make sure I understood the system and how it all worked. I quite simply cannot speak highly enough of Absolute Security Systems and have already recommended them to friends. My cousin has already used you for her new Alarm system based on my and her parents recommendations. I was very nervous getting the system put in and did not want the house to be like Fort Knox and ASS have way exceeded my expectations. From the outset, Absolute Security have been a fantastic company to work with. The installation was seamless and the administrative staff helpful and efficient going above and beyond to help us trace and rectify an issue.

We recently upgraded our office intruder alarm and added a new CCTV System. Installed with the minimum distruption to the staff and they explained clearly how to operate and very easy to use. Very friendly and professional company and would not hesitate in recommending them if you need to secure your premises.
