Friendly, helpful and supportive
Everything went as planned on the installation. John was friendly, helpful and informative. He also consulted us on where we wanted sensors so they did not look out of place (as well as being effective). We subsequently had an issue with one of the settings, which it transpired was due to a faulty sensor. John came out and fixed it within a few hours of us calling Absolute. Overall, very pleased with the service so far.

Loyal customers having new digital system installed for a house move. …
We were moving house locally and have been customers of Absolute Security for over 20 years and have always had a good service from them, including the annual service. As we needed a new alarm system for our new home we opted to go for a digital system The 2 engineers who attended , John and Jordan, were able to install the new digital system efficiently and left the place tidy . They carefully explained how the system works . The whole installation took less than a day . I would not hesitate to recommend Absolute Security , especially as their customer services have always been very good .

Outstanding Job
Having recently moved into the area we needed an alarm system and video entry system installed on our property. Absolute Security very quickly sent to incredibly knowledgable assessors for both parts and gave an acceptable quotation. For the two days it took to complete the installation Paul and Jordan were efficient, clean, patient and thorough in the work they did. We could not be happier with the result and would recommend the company and the team without hesitation.
