Quick and easy to renew

I never signed any renewal documents but have been sent a bill. I even don’t drive anymore.

I was misold a policy and even after listening to the recorded conversation, my complaint still stands. They took nearly £500 off my money after I cancelled the policy, for the 25 days insured with the misold policy, but said they did me a favour. Shame, I was a customer for 12 years. Bye now!
