Information given is very clear, and you are not overloaded at the same time. Good interaction points too.

While I have found their services very helpful in the past - when I recently called for some advice the lady I spoke to was very dismissive and abrupt. Asked questions in a condescending manner.

Absolutely fantastic training on Unlocking Potential: Recruiting for Neurodiversity. Some truly excellent and informative speakers and a lot of practical advice on how to improve our recruitment processes to make it more accessible to Neurodivergent candidates. Highly recommended.

I attended Neuroinclusion by design online training. It was a useful insight into the experiences staff who have a neurodivergence. The Q & A running concurrently was very useful. The only thing that made it less useful was that it was rather ad hoc and relied on the presenters who talked only, not any formal overview of employers' responsibilities. There was no opportunity for discussion - it was two very long presentations which could have been more concise.

I waited two months from applying for help. during this time i had a single call from a somewhat grumpy woman. i dismissed this and waited. i got the distinct feeling that no interest was shown and with less than one month to go decided to look into ACAS other than reviews. I have immediately asked for my certificate and applied to a tribunal myself. I see no reason for mediation with ACAS. apply. get your certificate. pursue actions yourself. This company isn't going to help you. all you need is the certificate to follow process. gather your letters and evidence yourself. apply for a tribunal online. approach citizens advice.(walk in on a Tuesday) get some ideas and help with putting your paper work together. leave ACAS in the distant past. thanks for the certificate. rest was a waste of my time.

Learning about something that was just a word used and having real life experiences attached to the word with workable thought processes.

I was able to get a deeper understanding of neurodiversity.

I found the layout and pace of the course to be excellent and easy to follow. Everyone was made to feel welcome and everyone's opinions were listened to and respected. The tutor was polite, considerate and very professional. I was impressed with the way she reached out to me to offer information I had enquired about, it was very thoughtful of her to do this.

Absolutely rubbish contacted them ages ago about my job at Tesco and how I was treated rang them no answer emailed them said I'd get a call back and never did Absolutely useless just unhelpful Cowboys

Brilliant support, really factual have been using them for years personally and for business. Their training is brilliant and really insightful, practically implemented and is helpful.

The training was fantastic - and even better that is was free so accessible for organisations' that cant provide a budget for these.

Great range of perspectives with practical tips on what we can do as employers, to make our recruitment and retention processes more inclusive for all neurotypes. Especially enjoyed hearing from speakers from different sectors.

I attended ACAS training on managing Redundancy. I run a small charity and we don't have an in-house HR person, so it is really important for us to get clear, reliable training and advice. The ACAS training was absolutely excellent. The presenter was very knowledgeable, competent and clear. It was a small group of trainees, so we had a good amount of time for questions and group work to develop understanding and learn in different ways. I came away with much greater understanding and confidence in the subject, and (importantly) knowing how to ask better questions to navigate more complex situations. In the week since the training I have introduced new tools and guidance, which I feel sure will help us manage redundancy much more professionally in the future.
