Great customer service as always. Steve Oyebola and Paul Frederick were very professional, personable and helpful. I understand that Paul is still in training however I am sure that he will be an excellent addition to your team as he clearly cares about customer experience.

This review we are leaving is to comment on the excellent work of Iwan Hulks, Senior Litigation Consultant. Iwan was assigned to our employment tribunal defense in the the very late stages. He took on the case with less than a week until the court date and quickly provided us with expert advice and a plan of action. He communicated precisely and effectively with understanding, knowledge and care. He was able to negotiate a settlement, so we did not have to experience the stress of the court, although we were thoroughly prepared for it thanks to his speedy actions. We have no hesitation in saying that Iwan Hulks is the professional you need to help you with your employment tribunal.
