On the 2nd of October 2026 I received the second stage of my Health and Safety module training from Mark Plumb.
Mark was very knowledgeable and took the time to familiarise me with all the different functions in the Bright H&S system.
His style of training is excellent and I felt confident with the different functions by the time he left.
He also left me in the knowledge that there is support should I have any queries with the system in the future.

This was our first review audit with Iain Wishart having had our first consultation last year with him. I was very nervous and wanted to make sure I could show improvements and that the company had moved forward and he confirmed it all! Still a couple of bits to sort out but he went through things and provided advice when I asked about certain aspects to make sure everything was just as it should be. Really grateful for his help and support! Already got the report through and it is only the next day.

I am posting this review in the hope that someone senior at Croner will finally respond to our concerns.

Our NHS GP practice engaged Croner to provide HR and legal advice and representation in Employment Tribunal proceedings. We firmly believe we have a strong defence and have followed Croner's professional advice at every stage, on every interaction and decision throughout the case.

Despite this, we now have serious concerns about how our case was managed and the impact this has had on our defence.

The proceedings have involved multiple Preliminary Hearings, a strike-out application that was subsequently withdrawn, and significant concerns about compliance with Tribunal orders, disclosure and communication. These matters have now been raised formally before the Tribunal.

We relied entirely on Croner's expertise and acted in good faith. It is extremely concerning that, despite believing we have a strong case, the handling of the proceedings may have compromised our position.

We have now been forced to engage a new specialist legal team to help us address the situation and get our case back on track, at significant additional cost. As an NHS GP practice, these are substantial and entirely unwelcome costs, diverting valuable resources away from delivering patient care. It is particularly frustrating that we are having to spend considerable sums addressing issues arising from advice and representation we had already paid Croner to provide.

I submitted a formal complaint in June 2026. Croner's Litigation Field Manager acknowledged it on 18 September and advised that a response would be provided by the end of September.

It is now 8 October. We have received no substantive response and, despite repeated requests, still do not have our complete HR/legal advice and litigation file.

We have also requested clarification about who provided and supervised the legal advice, the regulatory status of the services and our rights to independent complaint resolution. These questions remain unanswered.

We paid for professional advice to protect our organisation, not to find ourselves facing significant additional legal costs, concerns about our defence and a complete lack of accountability.

I am asking Croner's senior management to urgently take ownership of this complaint, provide our complete file and explain what happened.

It is incredibly disappointing that an NHS GP practice has had to resort to a public review simply to get
