Dee Aspell from Croner attended for our first Health & Safety assessment review. Dee was very knowledgeable and ran through the checks explaining what she was doing and why so that was very useful for me. Very happy with our initial engagement with Croner and looking forward to working with Dee and the team in future.

Erin was very helpful in preparing us for the hearing and presenting the case, in which an allegation for unfair dismissal was dismissed. The downside organisationally was that she was the third Croner consultant involved in the case over the time to tribunal (april 25-Sept 26) which alongside our staff changes meant that time was taken to bring up to speed and ensure understanding. She was professional and helpful throughout

The assessor, Kenny Hanson, was a pleasure to work with. He was friendly and professional throughout the whole visit and offered some good sound advice. I would have no problems at all with Kenny doing our next assesment

If they can't even get our address right despite clear instructions in an email, how do we know that they'll get their advice right?

Mistakes happen, but attention to detail is paramount and when this happens twice, you'd expect them to check and double check that they'd got it right. It's not rocket science.

It's a good thing Andy Burnham intends to crack down on unfair auto-renewal consumer contracts. We are stuck with them for another year as we missed the cancellation notice deadline. Not a nice company to deal with. Beware.

I'm new to Croner HR and have found their advisory service invaluable. Some background - I'm a scientist and owner of a health technology SME based near Oxford. I founded the company 27 years ago. We've had plenty of ups and downs in that time, but nothing has prepared me for the devastation caused by some errant employees. Croner's advisers have been guiding us through the essential HR processes so we conduct them fairly and efficiently. So far, I've worked with several of Croner's teams on different aspects of HR. Honourable mentions in the last couple of weeks go to Sabir Chikhlia who's helping me navigate an HR investigation, Ali Mulk who conducted a Grievance hearing, Elizabeth Henderson who chaired a Grievance Appeal hearing, and Elizabeth Skirrow who is guiding me on best HR practices for stabilising the organisation. Also, Jake Armstrong and his colleagues in the Croner Face2Face Documentation Team have ensured I've provided all the right information for the consultants running the hearings.

I have worked with Coroner now for the last year. I have great advise and guidance form the HR team. Had previous experience working with advisors and mostly it was a rushed and cold conversations. Croner is an absolute game changer as I get a real support and desire to help me sort an issue. consulted croner through my accountants but soon realised not for us as done through tutorials online so cancelled agreement within 2 days but was told cannot cancel so paid first invoice. sent cancellation again and again but to no avail. my recomondation STAY AWAY.

Mary McDade undertook our annual health and safety review this week. She was very friendly, tolerant of my oversights and supportive, at the same time picking up clearly on a number of points that had been overlooked up to now. We were recently supported by Erin Bright during an employment tribunal case, and I wanted to take the opportunity to share some feedback.

We were genuinely impressed by Erin throughout the process. She is an exceptionally knowledgeable litigation consultant who provided clear, practical advice at every stage. Having never navigated a tribunal before, I found the process quite daunting initially, but Erin made it straightforward and manageable. She took the time to explain what to expect, what was required, and guided me through each step with patience and professionalism.

Erin is polite, punctual, professional, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Throughout the tribunal, she demonstrated a high level of expertise and confidence. There were occasions where she needed to challenge or remind both the Judge and the Claimant of certain matters, and she did so respectfully, professionally, and with great credibility.
