A difficult assignment due to the lack of response by the employee. Croner provided an experienced consultant who liaised with the organisation throughout the process and provided regular feedback and options.

Mira was very helpful in explaining certain things to me that I didn't understand.

The support from Croner has been excellent with good resources on the Bright safe website. Stuart Pennock, our consultant has been very supportive and taken us through the various information snd stages we need to implement .

Stuart Pennock carried out a health and safety visit on 27/10/26, he was very polite and an all round nice guy to talk to, he explained everything he needed too in detail so you didn't feel stupid. He gave us excellent feedback which made our job worth while.

The rating is for the H&S department and Mark Plumb. He's visited for a couple of evaluations and is worth every penny. The H&S service is something definitly need and do use... not so much the HR on either count.

On each visit Mark has been very thorough and explained as well as given solutions.

We had a lovely experience with our Health and Safety Inspector. He was very pleasant, friendly, professional and approachable throughout the visit.

The inspection was thorough and informative, and he provided excellent feedback and helpful guidance. He also directed us to useful information and resources available on the website, which managers can refer to to ensure they remain up to date with health and safety requirements.

The whole visit was positive, reassuring and very worthwhile. We really appreciated his supportive approach and the time he took to explain everything clearly.

We are so very grateful to have Croner as our HR and HS consultatnts. They have made our staffing issues a lot less stressful. There are many people to thank but the advisor who i wish to name is Sabir, he replied in good time with constructive and relevant information, tailoring it to our needs and assisting with all questions where we were out of our depth and needed advice. We had a Health & Safety Compliance Audit with Kevin Towler from Croner.
I have only recently engaged with Croner but I found this audit invaluable and Kevin was very knowledgeable and has put together a detailed report and action plan for me to follow.
We have arranged further visits to help get all Health & Safety concerns to a satisfactory level.

Raj Pal represented our company at an employment tribunal hearing at very short notice. Croner was only instructed on the day, and Raj got up to speed with the case and the other side’s evidence within hours. He explained our options clearly, handled the hearing professionally and kept us informed throughout, then sent a clear written summary the same afternoon. Under real time pressure he was calm, practical and easy to work with. Highly recommended.

Fraser in the Advice Team, along with the colleagues in the Documentation Team, are always helpful, responsive, and professional. Fraser has developed a strong understanding of our business and is consistently available to provide valuable guidance and support on employment law matters, which is greatly appreciated.

I generally prefer to work directly with Fraser and the core advisory team rather than using the out-of-office service, as I find they have a deeper understanding of our business and are able to provide more experienced and tailored support.
