I have to pay to cancel claim
Cancelled my claim deciding to do it myself. Now being asked for £75 to cancel and threatened with court action if I do not pay.

I was chased to pay an invoice for a claim I did not apply for and a service I did not receive.
The first time this company contacted me was to request payment. They would not accept it was not me and bullied me into paying their invoice.

SCAMMERS
ONE BIG SCAM
This company recently sent me demands for money saying I had a claim with them for car finance extras.
When I looked in my email history they have sent me numerous emails stating I have a case with them but I have never spoken to them and I have only sent them an email asking what case I have with them. They sent me documents which I allegedly signed but it looks like these were sent from another company who said the claim was refused, that useless company is obviously attached to this company and that is where they got my info. Without ANY consent. Recently they sent a demand for money for work they claim to have carried out. When I threatened to take them to court and said I am not making any payments to a bank account they gave me they wrote back and dropped the demands. They are scammers sitting in a make shift office sitting somewhere in India. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM
I am contacting companies house and the Ombudsman and the scam hotline.

Hi, thank you for the feedback, and we're sorry to hear you feel this way.
We understand how frustrating it is to wait years without a payout. The delay isn't down to a lack of action on our part. The FCA's motor finance redress scheme is being legally challenged, and the Upper Tribunal has partially suspended it while the case is heard. The Tribunal will hear the challenge on 14 to 18 December 2026, or 16 to 26 February 2027, with a judgment expected in the months after. Until then, lenders aren't required to calculate or pay compensation under the scheme, so no payouts are being made across the industry, whoever the claim is with. If the scheme is upheld and not appealed, the FCA expects payments to begin in 2027.

We do carry out the work on your behalf, but we understand that when updates are quiet it can feel like nothing is happening. Progress on motor finance claims has slowed across the whole industry. The FCA's redress scheme is being legally challenged, and the Upper Tribunal will hear the case on 14 to 18 December 2026, or 16 to 26 February 2027. Until then, lenders are not required to calculate or pay compensation under the scheme.

PCP This company must be a fraud team as…
This company must be a fraud team as they send you links that don’t load and ask you for details that they don’t really need about yourself, the constant phone calls everyday asking the same questions , you never get anything on email to show the details of the claim either, I’m getting phone calls all through the day and night and have asked many times to cancel my claim or send me all the information via email or through the post and for 3 months they have not done either, now I’m getting calls off other companies saying thank you for doing the claim through these other companies and also they’ve put my details on other schemes that are similar or about free government schemes that they can claim through for you , they are very rude on the phone and as soon as I say “I’ve ask for no calls and to remove me from there call list and details and cancel my claim they put the phone down every time . I’m getting harassed by this company every day and have now gone to the police to to ask for a harassment charge because it’s getting beyond a joke now. All foreigners on the phone and don’t understand anything ,
My advise is stay away and don’t go anywhere near this company.
