Very pleased all round.
One of the best companies I've ever cone across. Great communication throughout the whole process. Everything was on time, as planned, from the quote to the fitting of the garage door. Polite and courteous staff. Very good quality product. They don't ask for the final part of the payment until the door has been fitted and you are happy with it.
Couldn't recommend highly enough.

It is the second time that we have used Access Garage Doors Ltd to put up an awning and once again all our expectations were met. The awning looks fantastic. The team that put it up were so efficient and courteous and they took so much pride in their work. I recommend this company without hesitation and in fact we have ordered one more to be fitted because of the quality of the product and above all the service. Thank you so much to Keith, Kelly and the fitters. The whole process was faultless.

Hi Graham, thank you for such a wonderful review and for choosing Access Garage Doors again. There’s probably no better compliment than a customer coming back for another installation, so hearing that you’ve already ordered another awning means a great deal to us. We’re delighted the whole experience once again lived up to your expectations, and we’ll be sure to share your kind words with Keith, Kelly and the fitting team. It will be our pleasure to be of service again.

Excellent service without the hard sell
The assessment was straightforward with no pressure to upsell, and the prices seemed reasonable. It took 4-5 weeks for the door to be manufactured, but the fitters were very prompt and courteous and took into account my requests, and have done a very tidy job.

You never think about how important it is for your garage door to open and shut properly until you can no longer use it. My problem has been completely sorted, and I now cycle much more because it's not difficult to access my garage.
The contractor was lovely too.

Very friendly and professional
Very friendly people from the moment of booking for someone to quote through to the day of the fitting.
Thought these guys were better than others that came to quote. Found my garage was a bit wonky and planned what had to be done before I chose them.
Highly recommend

I have had to call out 3 times for my 6 year old sectional garage door to have the same repair! At around £100 each time I hope it’s fixed properly this time. Engineers lovely.

Hi Margaret, thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear the door has needed attention more than once over the years, especially where call-out costs are involved. We’re pleased you found the engineers lovely, and we’ll make sure that feedback is passed on.
Having reviewed the service history, the visits appear to have been for different issues rather than the same repair being repeated. Your sectional door was installed in 2020; previous visits related to different components and adjustments, while the most recent visit included a door service and operator reset.
We understand it can still be disappointing when a door needs attention, and we hope the latest visit has left everything working properly for you. If you have any further concerns, please do contact the branch and we’ll be happy to help.

Hi Dennis, thank you for your review. We’re pleased the engineer was able to complete the work efficiently, but we’re sorry you felt the cost was high for the time spent on site. Even where a job is completed quickly, the charge helps cover the costs involved in providing a professional service, including travel, engineer time and expertise, vehicles, insurance, office support and general business running costs.
We apologise for the confusion around whether payment should be made on the day or invoiced afterwards. We are in the early stages of adopting a new system across the company, and we appreciate there are still areas we need to tighten up as everyone becomes fully familiar with it. This should have been clearer for you.
We hope you’re happy with the solution itself, and we’ll be glad to help again if needed. Thank you for choosing Access Garage Doors.

Hi Graham, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry you felt the visit was expensive for the time spent on site. Even where an issue is resolved quickly, the charge covers the engineer’s travel, time, experience and expertise, vehicle costs, insurance and office support, as well as the work carried out. In many cases, the right knowledge is what allows the issue to be diagnosed and resolved quickly. We always aim to be clear about our charges before attending, and we hope you’re happy with the solution itself. We’ll be happy to help again if needed.
