DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND SANITY HERE. Absolutely appalling. Ordered an ice box on 9th July, it's now 23rd August and still haven't received it. After receiving NO response to my email I had to phone on 22nd July and 7th August to chase for this product, only to be fobbed off that the the box is in transit from Amsterdam, would reach the company owner on Wednesday and would be with me by Friday. Those were clearly lies both times and I am now about £60 out of pocket and being entirely ignored. Ironically the product is still on the site and it says "in stock". Honestly I know the stuff looks cute online but it genuinely is money down the loo. Don't do it.

The furniture selection was what initially caught my attention. The sideboard arrived without any damage and the overall construction feels very solid.

I’m really pleased with the hanging frames. They add a simple modern touch to the room and were easy enough to install.

No idea where my £258 order is, the money was taken in May and despite chasing I’ve heard nothing and not had a refund.

The armchair has quickly become one of our favourite seats. It’s comfortable, feels sturdy and the fabric seems suitable for everyday use. Delivery was straightforward as well.

Awful service and zero communication - do not buy from this company. Ordered a cabinet for £606 on 10th May with a 2-4 week lead-time. I’ve still not received it, despite emails and phone calls every two weeks following the 4 week lead-time. Every time the response back is the same “it’s due in next week with delivery the week after”. This is a lie and has been given to me multiple times.

I don’t mind waiting, I just want (honest) communication and my cabinet!!!

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. I ordered a chair costing £1131 on 7 May with an est delivery of 2-6weeks. After 6 weeks I made contact and was advised it would be next week, I got the same story for the next many weeks until 27/7 when I was offered a refund which was processed that day. I was told it would take 7 working days. We are now over 3 weeks on & I haven’t got my money.
The communication from this company has been abysmal, during this whole 14 weeks saga I received 1 proactive call from them apologising for the delay. I have sent 12 emails of which only 3 were responded to, they just ignore you. I was never told there was a problem getting the chair & was always told it would be with them next week, but next week never came.
I have now had to approach my credit card dealer to pursue a charge back. This company has caused me months of stress & anxiety, I would avoid them at all costs. I wish I had read their other numerous poor reviews before I placed my order.

I'm pleased with the quality and appearance of the furniture. It has a solid feel and looks great in the room. The main issue for me was that delivery took longer than I had anticipated.

This is my second order from Accessories for the Home and both experiences have been positive. The furniture has a distinctive look, arrived well protected and matched what I expected from the website.

The product I ordered was well made and matched the pictures on the website. It was also packaged carefully, which was appreciated. The waiting time was longer than expected, so three stars feels fair overall.

The new cabinet fits perfectly in our living room and looks more expensive than I expected. There was a slight change to the delivery timing, but overall I’m pleased with the purchase.

The decorative mirrors have made a noticeable difference to our room. They look very similar to the website pictures and feel well made. My enquiry was answered, although the response took a little longer than I expected.

Left a one star review 3wks ago as I’d been waiting for a cabinet that I’d paid for in April and was getting really stressed about the possibility of losing my money. But hey it finally arrived tonight!! So hang on in there guys - haven’t unboxed it yet but soo pleased it’s finally here

The furniture looks even better in person and the quality was good for the price. Delivery took a little longer than expected, but everything arrived safely. Overall, a decent experience with some room for improvement.

Taking this through citizens adive and court if needed! Incredibly disappointing. I ordered pots worth £300 to be at our office for an important event taking in consideration the ''4 weeks delivery'' which sounds insane already. Its been 8 weeks, getting into 9 and after calling so many times, emailing, messaging through the page, she replied a month after saying she will refund asap. Guess who is still waiting. I will have to take this further Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and through Citizens advice and court if needed.

This company is such a scam. I ordered a bean bag on July 7th, I received an order confirmation by email. The item never arrived, never even received a tracking for the delivery. After several attempts, about a month later I managed to reach a woman by phone who pretended to be surprised and said that the item would arrive in a week. As I had just read the Trustpilot reviews at that point I didn't trust her anymore, so I asked for the order to be cancelled and refunded. The lady promised she would refund me the same day. Other weeks have passed, but Klarna (the payment method I used) told me no refund has been received. I have now opened a dispute with Klarna who are going to assist me to have my money back. In the meantime, it's become impossible to reach the company by phone - they don't answer at all.

We ordered a console table and matching lamps and were very happy with the quality. The furniture feels sturdy and the finish is really nice. Delivery was a couple of days later than expected, but everything arrived safely.

I ordered Ice buckets at the beginning of May. I still not received them. I asked for a refund in July still haven`t received my items or my money. Tried to call them multiple times but no body answer the phone.

Yet again I am writing another review Absolute joke. SEVENTEEN weeks ago I ordered £1300 worth of dining chairs and was told 3 weeks lead time. He we are over 4 months later, seemingly no closer to receiving them. Once I finally manage to get through on the phone line, I am then Promised every time, that the chairs will be delivered "next week" or that a tracking number will be in my inbox by the end of the week. It isn't much fun having nowhere to sit to eat your meals for over a quarter of a year. Absolutely fed up.

The wall frames have made a lovely addition to our home. They’re stylish, easy to put up and work well with the rest of our décor.
