My wife placed an order late April 2026 for over £1,400. The item was never dispatched, and after weeks of chasing, the company acknowledged that it was not sent. Despite this, they have refused to provide a refund, even though they said they would.
My wife and I have spent considerable time trying to resolve the issue directly, but without success. I am forced to pursue the matter through other channels.
I would advise anyone considering ordering from them to proceed with extreme caution.
I am STILL waiting for the delivery of my lampshade. Despite responding to my last review on Trust Pilot, assuring me that it would be delivered within 4 weeks, Accessories for the Home have not made contact with me. I will now be asking for a refund, watch this space!

I’ve now asked for both items to be cancelled and threatened legal action if I don’t get a refund by Monday 20th July. Worst experience I’ve ever had buying products online. Avoid this company like the plague.

I purchased a collection of wall frames and they've become a real feature in my home. They're stylish, easy to hang, and blend perfectly with the rest of the décor.
I was impressed by the variety of home accessories available, and the prices felt reasonable considering the quality. My parcel took a little longer than expected to arrive, but everything was well packed and exactly as pictured.
We recently bought a mirror and a bedside table while updating one of the bedrooms. Both arrived in perfect condition, suited the room nicely, and the ordering process from start to finish was simple and hassle-free.
I've ordered several furniture pieces over the past year, and every experience has been consistently positive. The quality has remained reliable, delivery has been straightforward, and everything has arrived looking exactly as expected.
I ordered several picture frames in May and these have not been delivered 14 July!, I have also had no response to messages left or emails - never answer the phone either. Requested a refund but will go to small claims court now.

This was my second purchase from the company, and once again everything went smoothly. I like that their furniture has its own style rather than looking like every other retailer. The items were well packaged and matched the website images.
Despite the promises on here there has not been any response. The goods I ordered and paid for, but which were out of stock, have not been delivered after more than two months.
I will issue proceedings in the Small Claims Court today.

One of the things I liked most was that the furniture collection feels more than many order stores. My order was packaged carefully, arrived without damage, and the overall build quality met my expectations.
I ordered a bed frame in late March with an estimated dispatch date in April. Since then, I've called several times (whenever I could actually get through), and each time I was told that the order would be delivered soon. Unfortunately, that never happened.
What has been most frustrating is the complete lack of transparency. If there were genuine delays, I would have appreciated an honest update and a realistic timeframe rather than repeated promises that the delivery was just around the corner.
At this point, I've had enough. I'm now trying to contact them by phone to cancel my order, but it's almost impossible to get through to anyone. The customer service has been extremely disappointing, and the lack of communication has made the whole experience incredibly frustrating.

Having read so many one star reviews, the picture of how this business operates becomes a lot clearer. I have fallen into the same trap as others. Purchasing a product which appears to be very competitively priced which does not materialise after months of waiting. Same excuses given when not delivered. Order cancelled and refund note issued but no reimbursement made. I question whether this is just bad service or something more malign. Bottom line, in my opinion, stay clear of this business.

Ordered and paid for an item in June (XOKMIDWMI). Accept said delivery could be few weeks. However, no update or response to email and contact form asking for indication of delivery timescale. Posting here in the hope of some response and delivery info or confirmation of refund.

Placed an order on 4 June. The item does state it can take between 2 to 4 weeks but we are now on 11 July and I have sent multiple emails and called but had no response. Extremely disappointing. My order status remains with team as status and has not changed since the day I ordered.

We purchased a cabinet for our sitting room and it fits the space perfectly. The finish is elegant without being too over the top. Delivery dates changed once, but the quality of the furniture more than made up for the delay.

Don’t bother with this retailer. Item ordered. Promised 2-4 weeks delivery. 8 weeks later she’s stopped communicating with us and I’ve referred this to my card issuer. Feels like it might be a mum trying to run a business as a middle man in between the school runs. All she had to do was deliver on her promises. And communicate with her customers!

The industrial-style shelving unit has exactly the look I wanted. It feels durable, was simple to put together, and any questions I had were answered by customer support within a day.
Without doubt one of the worst experiences in decades of online shopping. We ordered an Nkuku table and bench for over £1000. Delivery day came and went - we were told there was a mix up and the item was out of stock and that a refund would be processed. More radio silence, finally got hold of them and the refund was "processed" with a confirmation email. Except the money was not returned. Finally got through again to be fobbed off with promises of calls back. Still nothing. Horrendous experience and now raising a legal case.
