After waiting for 2 weeks for someone to view the house and discuss the starting stages with me just for the appointment to be cancelled is very poor compared to the other companies I've talked to.

Called the number on the website but had no answer or call back. I also called Brooke (the person I as to be meeting with) but there was no answer.

Some of the emails I received had grammar mistakes not a massive thing but it didn't look very professional.

All in all it didn't fill me with a lot of hope that both my needs and the tenant's needs would be met.

All ways there when you call, great service very happy.

Amazing service! Amun has gone above and beyond to help in finding me tenants and getting them in as soon as possible. As well as it moving along quickly, Amun is very very resourceful and has helped time and again to find solutions to any issues that came up in the process! Costs are also really reasonable. I will definitely be working with Amun again in my next property purchase.

I had a very disappointing experience with this agency, particularly with an agent named Brooke. She scheduled an appointment with me and then canceled it several times. Each time I adjusted my schedule to accommodate the new appointment, only to have it canceled again without a valid reason. This pattern of behavior shows a lack of professionalism and respect for clients' time. I expected better service and reliability from a professional agency. Unfortunately, my experience has left me feeling frustrated and let down. I hope they can improve their scheduling and communication practices in the future.

Had Sammy as the local agent and Chelsea as the property manager. Can’t fault Chelsea but my experience with Sammy had been disappointing at first unfortunately.

Update 11/07/2024: I have had discussions with the agency (Sammy) and managers (Scott and Chelsea) of my property and was pleased and impressed that they picked up quickly on my feedback and the service has been much better since. I am pleased to work with them and looking forward to working with them in the future. I feel that my property is in safe hands now.

Do not rent your property via this agency. After 2 years, my house has been handed back ruined. Damaged floors, filthy, smelling, garden just now weeds - awful.

The company were made aware of issues, but as the contract was coming to an end. They just thought they would hand it back with, a damaged ceiling, leaking taps and water turned off.

Accomodation uk have taken photos, I have provided more photos, tradesmen have been round to quote, but the last message from Chelsea was, can you not clean the staining?

Dan is a great salesmen when he wants you to rent the property out. Will really make you think he and the team care, but at the end of the contract, don’t expect a fit house to be handed back.

Dan now completely disappeared!

George was excellent, useful advise, managed lots of viewings, credit check and dealt with prospective tenants on a human level.
