Sammy my letting agent was brilliant! This was my first time renting out a property and she made everything so easy and stress free. The turn around was super quick and every question I had was answered. All round great experience 😊

Currently a tenant through accommodation and the property management team, especially Chelsea is amazing. She really helps when things go wrong and goes above and beyond. She always responds to my emails and will try solve any issues and reports I through at her with our poor building management company to the best she can.

I initially had a difficult experience with Accommodation.co.uk as the property management company for the apartment I am renting. I was left without water for four days, and during that time, I struggled to get assistance. My apartment was cold, and I spent days waiting for someone to resolve the issue, but unfortunately, no one arrived.

Additionally, communication was lacking, with little to no updates on what was happening. I was repeatedly told to expect help within four hours, but the wait stretched over several days, which was quite frustrating.

Thankfully, once Howard became involved, the problem was resolved very swiftly. His prompt action was much appreciated and made a big difference in turning things around. While the initial experience was challenging, Howard's efficiency was a positive note that helped resolve the situation.

Barbra did a great job in making sure we was updated throughout the process and was very helpful with any questions, we were very looked after thanks to her!

Alicja and Ben did a great job in making sure we were looked after when moving into our property and have both been very helpful.

I applied for a rent to buy scheme for an apartment and sent over all documents on the 15th of July. The paper requirements were over the top and took a lot of effort to sort out. On the 25th of July (8th of August as I write this) I heard last from them after being reassured on the phone that everything looks good with my application.

It's been two whole weeks and I can't get in touch with them at all, no email replies, the phone is always busy, they never call back.

I've not been warned about the whole process taking this long or that it's impossible to get in tocuh and ask for an update on something this important.

All I need is to be kept informed on my application status which takes less than a 5 minute email.

*Update* I received a call this morning (9th of August) with an update about the application and some more information to clearify everything, after leaving the review. That little bit of information and reassurance was honestly all that was needed, thank you.

**Update** Everything has been smooth after last update and I have moved in. Pretty pleased with everything since then! If it wasn't for that initial experience I would have left 5 stars.

As a first time landlord I had no knowledge or experience of the process of letting out a property, however Accomodation.co.uk and in particular David Conti have made it so straightforward!

Accomodation have been excellent with providing information and support via their website, emails and messaging and David has always been quick to contact me about each step in the process and what I needed to do. He was also always easy to contact and quick to respond, unlike some companies who require A LOT of chasing!

From our first meeting I felt reassured that David knew the area well and would find the right tenants for me (which he has now done) and it all happened much quicker than I anticipated it would, which was great!

I would have no hesitation in recommending their services to anyone letting a property (which I have already done) and will certainly be staying with them for the duration of my time as a landlord.

We recently signed for a property in Liverpool. The turn around was extremely quick. Helen was always so happy to help. Very quick with responses. Made the whole processes a lot smoother and a lot quicker. Zoe was also very friendly when viewing the property!
