It was smooth for a while but then they forced me onto the fully managed rather than let only. They said it was a mistake but they haven't corrected the first month and kept my money.

I found Dan Butcher from Accommodation.co.uk to be excellent in all aspects from sourcing good tenants quickly . He is polite friendly and always responds promptly. I highly recommend him as an outstanding representative of his company.

No one let me know I was unsuccessful. Waiting for an email that never came. Very disappointed, as a retired person I thought they were looking for someone long term. Can't even speak to someone. I shall be avoiding this company from now on. Communication is the key.

Hayley and Lisa were amazing - very responsive and helpful with all our numerous requests.

The Accommodation portal is also very user friendly and efficient. Made the whole process smooth and easy.

Accomodation.co.uk helped with renovations and marketing with really good outcomes. Brooke was very helpful but my only issue was with communication. Staff seem to be exceptionally busy with what seems like massive work loads and response times were often delayed. Time will tell about longer term management. All in all, it's so far so good!

I was supported by Emilia who was so proactive and was able to move a 12 month tenant in within 2 weeks of receiving the key. Great communication and easy process. Will now only exclusively work with Accomodation when looking for a tenant.

Thanks to the speed and competence of accomodation.co.uk and of the local agent Andy Davies of Swansea, my property was let out within a week of advertisement and, most important, to the kind of tenants I wanted. Prior to that Andy and I had discussed matters thoroughly, he and his wife Kath visited the property and pointed out things that had to be fixed, having in mind both my own interests and the tenants' protection.

Sam in Bristol was great. She was incredibly friendly and helpful, really communicative and very efficient. She stepped in to help with few last minute things to get the property ready for the new tenants. I like how she got to know me and the property, to understand what I was looking for by way of tenants, and to be able to confidently answer the questions of the tenants. I have no hesitation in recommending Accommodation.co.uk and in particular Sam in Bristol.

Met with Sammy , she was fantastic very thorough and experienced I cannot imagine Sammy to be unreliable as per the review I have read.

This is a great company and give excellent personal support. We were working with Dan Butcher to find a tenant and with it being our first time as a LandLord the process was made less daunting with Dan. He was helpful, supportive, honest and reliable. He secured a tenant within a week and it was all set up and in place within a month. Highly recommend.

Dan B has been an absolutely amazing. Me and my wife originally didn't get accepted for the property we really wanted. However, the tenants who originally got the property fell through. Dan proactively reached out and not even two weeks later, we signed and got the keys. As this is the first time me and my wife are renting together, it was a bit nerve wracking and Dan was so patient with all of my questions and would give me the time to chat if I needed it

Unfortunately, Sammy did not show up for the appointment, neither she called or emailed me cancel in advance or apologise for not coming!
Very disappointing to leave work early for this valuation appointment and to arrive well before time to be surprised by this!

I would like to leave a review based on the service provided, but since they didn't show up for the initial appointment then the only review i can leave is that they did not turn up , no phone call to explain or any contact at all except an email with this invite to leave a review . so here it is.

This is a great company to support anyone who is a Landlord. Our first contact was with Dominic Knight who was very helpful and gave good advice and was very knowledgeable. He followed up with information and linked us with his colleague Dan Brown who has been a great support in our early days of being a landlord. Highly recommend.

She guided me along the process calmly and gave me very useful contacts so I could provide all the documentation needed.
I really like the fact that I didn’t receive any form of pressure to put my house on the market (compared to other agencies).
