After my insurance company totaled my car after my accident, the appraisal company reported my vehicle with the incorrect engine, model of vehicle, and reported it as a RWD. After confronting them, they failed to reappraise and tried to bully me into taking the offer which was significantly less the actual cost. Robert stepped in and put an end to it. He was very communicative with me and kept me updated through the whole process and helped explain what procedures were. Robert stuck to his guns and didn't let this other appraisal company bully him either. He's been in the game for 30 years. Not the guy to be lying and messing with. The insurance company wanted to give me in total after the deductible around $5,000. Robert got me $14,000 and some change. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.
