Action Termite and Pest Control Reviews

I met the service man who greeted me nice, however he did not bring a ladder. How do you inspect the area I saw carpenter ants in without a ladder! I loaned him my ladder which I thought was very unprofessional on his part. He treated my attic and I specifically had asked him to put the treatment behind all my storage containers which were neatly arranged in a circle. I told him I would be moving soon and I don't want to be kneeling on poison when I retrieve my containers from the attic. When it was over I thanked him and I even tipped him $10.00 for his efforts. Then he handed me a pen to sign the contract and I said "Hey your handing me a pen with the same glove on that you were touching the poison with!" He said it wont hurt you. Then 2 weeks later I went up in the attic to retrieve a box and low and behold I couldn't kneel anywhere because there were poison crystals everywhere I looked! I was so mad! Now I had to put a mask on and sweep the entire attic and wipe down all my boxes! I was going to use this company at the new home I'm buying but forget it!!!! I will never use them again.

They came out to us on a short notice, and did a great job. Their treatments were effective, and they worked around our busy schedule. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs pest services. They did a great job, were reasonable in price, and were pleasant to deal with.

They did good, solved the problem and were very helpful.

I was very pleased with the customer service i received. From the first contact with a service rep to the communication from the dog handler. It was a job well done.

Action Pest has been my regular pest control service for the past several years. They are prompt, courteous and will customize their service to meet my needs and will address any questions or issues I have depending on the season. Trustworthy

Up until last year we were very satisfied. Last year they did not spray around the house
they just checked the inside.

I think it went well ,fast eyeball for termites trails ,I don't know qualification of person doing checking, Sometimes you have to put faith in company,
You can always check out ,on 1 to 10 I rate as a 8.................

i need no more service.thank you for service

Three times Action came - three times it failed - to eliminate bedbugs from my home. Each time its dog barked at the presence of the bedbugs. When I called to complain of the immense preparation and the failure of the company to achieve ANYTHING, I was told that I could sue them - but they would not come again - nor offer a refund.

He did a very thorough job during the inspection and asked the right questions. Fortunately he didn't find any problems...

I have been very satisfied with Action Termite and Pest Control. I always feel confident that they have addressed my issues and feel good about reaching out to them with any problems that may occur.

Keep up the good work.

Courteous, on time, thorough and customer friendly!

Action Termite came on time, did a full inside inspection - then an outside inspection. We were happy with the good service.

Very dependable and thorough

Reliable, trustworthy. Stands behind their very competent work.

We have been a customer since we bought our home almost 4 years ago. The quarterly home service is definitely worth it. The annual termite and stink bug programs are also a great value.

As a super I need to try to have all the answers for residents but with a contractor like Action servicing my building my job is much easies as they have edgeucated me on bed bugs and residents they have visited were very happy with the out come.

Thank you.
